Editha was a great host. The reservation was overbooked, but she found a different apartment for us to stay in. She gave us a full tour and made sure we were settled, offering us any of the fruit growing outside. She was also very responsive to emails we sent doing our stay. Great host, beautiful place!
Editha and Malcolm were very friendly and helpful all during our stay. We stayed in beautiful, newly remodeled house with lots of space and a great wrap around balcony. Great place to watch the beautiful sunset. Would definitely stay here again.
Although I had flown overnight and pre-arranged to arrive by 11am, Editha would not let me in, and insisted I returned at 4pm. When I did, the room and facilities are not the ones shown in her photographs, and the kitchen area was disgusting with unwashed crockery and dirty rags on the worktop. There was no kettle or facility to make tea, and day-old coffee left in the percolator and no-one did any housekeeping during the days I stayed. She was friendly and chatty but no breakfast was offered, as Editha said it cost her too much. Not recommended.
Editha was an absolut fantastic host
Her house is really nice and the room is big enough. She had some good tips for me where to go and she also gave me a mask and a snorkel to do snorkeling
The house is located in a quite neighborhood but you need a car to get there. It takes just a few minutes to drive to the ocean and every shop you need
It was a really nice experience to stay in Edithas home and I would come again
A lovely stay! The room was huge and comfortable. The lanai right outside the room is perfect for watching sunsets or having a cup of coffee on in the morning. She has a great garden out back too. The house is at a very comfortable elevation - nice cool evenings! I didn't see Editha much during my stay but she's very warm and accommodating. She even went out to buy a microwave for me!

About the Host, Editha
I am a self-employed artist and florist, which keeps me creative and quite busy too. Working with people is the best part of my job--some of my friendships have spanned decades after people have come to know me well at my shop. I have lived on the island for over 40 years and can provide you with an insider's guide of places to visit and activities.
When I'm not working, you'll find me out on the tennis court. I lead an active lifestyle and am always on the go.
As your host I can promise honesty and open communication.
