Designer remodeled two-bedroom unit in a historic 1930's duplex, located minutes from Downtown Phoenix in the hip Coronado Historic District. Original plank wood floors, lots of preserved original details, coupled with modern amenities like a remodeled kitchen and bathroom and dual AC units. The upstairs is a king bed and a private makeup (or work) nook. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Dining room seats six, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for basic cooking.

The space
1934 duplex lovingly restored and updated by a 10+ year owner. All original (and perfectly patinated) oak plank wood floors throughout. Large (for 1930's) bedroom upstairs with a King bed, walk-in closet, and a private makeup or work space. Queen size bed downstairs. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the dining room is set up for your use as well (we like to cook and dine-in when we travel). Living room features large windows with lots of light, exposed brick fireplace (for candles only). Staged by a local designer, including lots of original artwork. Smart TV in the living room. Super fast Gig speed Wi-Fi throughout.

Every detail in the house has been thought through during the remodel. We wanted to create a unique, yet comfortable and relaxing space for you.

The Living Room -

- Smart TV with Sling, and access to your own streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney+, etc)

- Must climb a narrow staircase to go to the second story, door upstairs for privacy

We are located in the eclectic Coronado Historic Neighborhood, recently called “hipsterhood” by Forbes magazine. We are one of the oldest neighborhoods in Phoenix, and closest to Downtown Phoenix and the thriving Arts District scene.
