The space
This unit offers all the coziness of a cabin in the comfort of a modern, updated apartment. The bedroom includes a comfy queen bed and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Featuring hardwood floors throughout, a remodeled full-kitchen and beautiful exposed brick, this Minnesota-themed unit is perfect for couples, families, solo travelers, working remotely (we have a desk!), a staycation or a friends' weekend getaway. Discounts are offered for weekly and longer stays.
Our small balcony overlooks the summer outdoor alley dining and ax throwing (in a cage) areas creatively developed by our local restaurant neighbors. The balcony can be accessed year-round from a sliding glass door in the living room but the balcony furniture (two chairs and a side table) is only available May through October.
If you are staying with us November through April, early check-in may be available for an additional fee. Please message for additional details.
Guest access
After your reservation is confirmed, you will be sent information on how to easily self check-in with the keypad system. You will have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
The apartment has an air purifier and a touchless hand sanitizing station is located in the building hallway.
Also included: A smart television where you can access your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Sling, Vudu, G--gle Play and You Tube accounts, in addition to live tv.
A Keurig coffee maker is available along with complimentary coffee, tea and other hot beverages.
Bathroom includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soap.
Right across the hall from this apartment is the "Downtown Loft Getaway" Airbnb. This is a great opportunity for you to vacation with another family, couple or have an awesome girls' weekend.
There may be a some outside noise due to the apartment's downtown location, but we offer a sound machine and ear plugs for your convenience.
Please note that for additional safety, we have security cameras recording in the building hallway.
