If you’re looking for a new and fresh haven of luxury resort living in the heart of a city, even for just a couple of nights, my "Fiber-powered Tropical Oasis" is the perfect place! It is a wholesome and cozy home for you and your companion, just a walk away from restaurants, convenience stores, banks, etc and the famous chill nights out, Tomas Morato!

The space
You will have the utmost privacy, serenity and homey feeling away from it all. It is a sanctuary of relaxation for rejuvenation. The feeling of being in the midst of fresh tropical environment, away from the city air...yet, situated in the middle of the city. Ironic isn’t it? You’ve got to try it to believe it!
This place is totally brand new, everything inside this inviting unit are newly bought specially designed for guests of all ages.
For the millenials and post-millenials...a special treat for you... a very stable and reliable 20mbps++ Fiber Optic connection with Netflix and unlimited data cap!

Relax, stretch your back, sit and sip your cold refreshing drinks in the lobby, overlooking the clear and blue waters of the amenity pools for adults and kids (with a separate fee). Refresh your eyes with all the tropical trees and plants and other greens surrounding the boundaries of the leisure area. There is also a 24-hour on-site security to keep the place safe.

Important Note:
Guests have pool access from Mon-Wed only with a minimal fee of ₱200/head/day to be paid directly at our Admin office located in Basement 1.
Pools are closed during Thurs for cleaning and maintenance.

Fri-Sun and Holidays: exclusive for unit owners only

Laundry shop and convenience store are also located in Basement 1.

Please read all our house rules and description of the property before confirming your reservation. These rules are posted even prior to booking.

There are NO available parking space within the condominium building.
We highly encourage our guests to take the public transportation, cab or grab. In this way, we are conserving the use of fuel and helping the environment by minimizing carbon monoxide emission and traffic too. Thank you for taking your part in saving Mother Earth!

There are also additional charges on more than 10 nights of stay (refer to House Rules).

Neighborhood highlights

The condominium is situated in front of the barangay hall in Quezon City. Filipino,American,Japanese, Korean and Chinese restaurants, banks with ATMs are located around the area. Dr. Jesus Delgado Hospital and St. Luke's Medical Center are also 5 to 10 minutes away from the condominium. Convenience stores (7-eleven, Korean stores) are just in the next block.You can also have your groceries along Timog Ave or shop at Fisher Mall in Quezon Ave.
