Dolores's place is excellent in every aspect. The room is quiet, comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Dolores and her assistant Arlete are really attentive and easy to communicate. They helped me in every way I needed, promptly and flexibly. It was a great stay and I really loved the place. I will definitely come back here next time I am in São Paulo. Thank you so much, Dolores!

I stayed at Dolores for 2 weeks and the room is exactly as described. The room is very clean and have the essential stuffs for the stay. It is located at 5 min from the Metro station and right next to the supermarket...the location is perfect. Dolores is a very friendly person available for anything at any moment. I would definitively recommend this place.

This was exactly what I was after. Dolores was very friendly, and helped orientate me. The room has a key along with a key to the front gate. Everything was clean, nice, good bed, nice safe neighborhood, and 4 minutes from a main metro line. Great to have the microwave, toaster oven and frig. Wi-Fi was easy and pretty fast. No complaints, wonderful for the price.

Dolores has been a very good host. Considering that I stayed almost a month and that I had gone to São Paulo for work, privacy and piece and quiet were paramount for me. She did not disappoint me. The area has a more 'human' feel than other parts of the city, meaning it's a residential, low rise, and quite green neighbourhood. The actual room has everything, it has an independent entrance, a tv, fridge, microwave, its own toilet/shower room. It perhaps is a little dark as it faces a high wall and it doesn't get much light. It didn't bother me. I would definitively recommend Dolores.

I very much enjoyed the stay in Dolores’s house. The host is an elegant and intelligent lady whose smile is charming. Dolores is always asking what you need, ready to help. Everything is well-maintained including my bedlinen was changed and room cleaned regularly by Dolores’s assistant. In this en-suite room spacious enough for me I explored my skill of cooking using the well-equipped tidy kitchen set; the private shower is good which is important to me. I could open my door and windows widely whenever I feel like to let sunshine and sound of the nature, birds and trees and fragrance of the flowers come in from the garden. It is a good feeling to feel on the ground and safe. This is a pleasant place to say for my scholarly life style. I met my housemate Alexander who is an exchange scholar from the US, he said to me he thinks it was a very good deal for him to take his double room. He had compared with nearby places this is the most clean and best rate house. I have not looked at any other places before I came but I agree his point that the house is a very ideal place. The house is located in the best neighbourhood near the huge beautiful campus of University of Sao Paulo (USP), shops, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, supermarket and metro nearby are just two blocks, few minutes walking distance from the house. I could take advantages of the good trails in the campus to run and bike. The campus town’s facilities and food that we could find in the area are relatively less expensive and people are more friendly and helpful if comparing with the much more costing neighbourhoods in the central of Sao Paulo. I highly recommend Dolores’ house and big Thank-you to Dolores to open the door to me.

I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina (where this picture was taken), but have lived in Brazil my whole life - first in Rio de Janeiro, and for the last (many!) years in São Paulo. I enjoy going to the movies, reading, knitting. I love the beach and the countryside.
I have recently read something that I believe I will adopt as my motto: "There are only two days in your entire life when you cannot do anything: yesterday and tomorrow".
My house in São Paulo has become too large after all my kids left. That is why I decided to rent their rooms.... And I am enjoying it very much.
