We don't allow pets and no smoking in the house.
We've extended our stay for one more day. We've been lucky enough, it was opened and they (Emma and Sushee) agreed even if it was last minute.
The ancestral house and the room were impressive. The location, very close to the city, was calm, quiet and private. The room is huge and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed there. Tourism information in the room , we appreciated as well as everything for breakfast in the fridge.
My daughter and I spent one night in Emma and Sushee's rental suite. It had a very cosy feel, perfectly located to explore Kingston's down town and waterfront. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay and more!
The log cabin we stayed at was great. Clean and tidy. Emma was away but Sushee and his mom were more than helpful and accommodating. We got back late the one night after sight seeing and they left a light on at the bottom of our front door so we could see the door lock. Would recommend this place to anyone.
A completely delightful experience!
This room was charming and full of character, in a fantastic neighborhood. It is about as close to Fort Henry as you can get without actually being on the base itself. The bed is comfortable, and there is a small bar fridge, toaster oven etc for simple food prep. They even provided a few staples like cereal and milk!
Emma and Sushee are thoughtful hosts. I had unwittingly turned off the outside light and they put a nightlite out for me so that I could easily find my way in when I got back late at night.
My only regret is that I could not have stayed longer. I will definitely be back.
This was my very first airbnb experience so I wasn't sure what to expect. Luckily my experience was a terrific one. I was here for a 2 night stay with the aim of having a relaxing weekend and doing some site seeing. The suite is exactly as advertised both in the written description and pictures. The suite is beautifully decorated and the property is very private and quiet while still being very close to the historic downtown area. Sushee's mother Revathy met me when I arrived and was also there when I departed - she was very welcoming and such a lovely lady! Emma was quick to reply to my questions prior to arriving. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. I would definitely stay here again.
This place was AMAZING. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful, the place looked exactly as we thought it would (better in fact) and the neighbourhood and area are really relaxing and enjoyable. Perfect for a quiet, clean, comfortable stay in Kingston.

About the Host, Emma & Sushee
My husband, Sushee, and I love travelling, cooking and a variety of outdoor activities like skiing, sailing and hiking (we'll give you a list of "secret" hiking trails and places to visit around Kingston). I'm a stay home mom with a newborn and Sushee is an entreprenuer and a part-time pilot (he might even take you flying over the 1000 Islands if you ask nicely). Hopefully through Air BnB, we could meet some new friendly smiles around the world.
