Our home and garden is close to the town, but very private and quiet. The large garden is almost surrounded by mature beech, oak and ash trees.
We are a 10-12 minute walk from the bus stop for the Cork bus, but ideally, visitors to the area would have a car.

Helen and her husband were very nice! The house is nice, clean and welcoming. Thanks for the nice breakfast!
We had a brilliant time at Helen and Graham's. the room was very comfortable, the environment so peaceful and a really great breakfast! Can't recommend it highly enough.
Helen and Graham were excellent hosts. Their guest bedroom is light, spacious and very comfortable, with an en-suite shower room. The position of the house is perfect for exploring the lovely little town of Kinsale, both by day and by night. The walk there and back is not too long, but it does mean that the house is in a quiet position. Breakfast was good and the hosts were very helpful in recommending and booking a restaurant for us for the evening. We will definitely be back in the future!
We enjoyed staying with Helen in Kinsale. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Helen was friendly, easy going and welcoming. The house was homely and relaxing and located just a short walk from Kinsale town centre. It was a pleasure to stay.
Helen's home is beautiful. The room is a private en suite upstairs in an extremely quiet neighborhood. The views from her street are quite nice and it is only a short walk into Kinsale town centre. Helen provided us with some great scenic walking and eating suggestions. We followed her advice and had a great time during our one night in Kinsale. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were extremely clean, and Helen was a gracious host. We definitely recommend the walk down to St. Charles Fort with a stop at The Bullman along the way for some fish and chips. Overall, Helen's home was beautiful, Kinsale was a very scenic port town and we really enjoyed our stay. We recommend staying with Helen if your journeys take you to Kinsale.
Our first glance at Helen's property took our breath away. She is situated in a lovely manor home with abundant and well kept gardens high overlooking Kinsale. We had a lovely large room. The dining/gathering area was lovely too.

About the Host, Helen
Hi to all you travellers out there.
I'm a teacher and Graham is a semi-retired fisherman. I'm doing my best to keep him off boats but the idea of a big catch can be too tempting sometimes. When not fishing he is gardening and has turned this garden into a paradise in the summer.
We love animals and the outdoors. There are some lovely walks around Kinsale which conveniently end in a pub or café.
It's such a great little town with bookshops, cafes and great restaurants-see you soon!
