Neighborhood highlights

The condo is located on the side of town that is in transition, with new construction and lots of changes planned. Because of our location across the street from the municipal bus station, there are all sorts of people moving around, and it can be noisy late at night as bars and breweries close. We consider this a very safe area and have never had any problems with our guests exploring the area.

I am the owner and manager of Banjoe Vacations, a small vacation rental company in Asheville, NC. My professional background is in acoustics, but I'm also interested in lots more. I play the upright bass (not well...), love runing, and hiking in the beautiful mountains here in Western North Carolina. We've named our company Banjoe Vacations, after all of our names. B is for Bruce, 'an' is for Anna, our youngest daughter. 'jo' is for my wife Jo, and 'e' is for my oldest daughter Erin. We offer lots of different vacation options, from a lakefront cottage suitable for the whole family to a small rent-able tear-drop trailer.
