Perfect place to stay for traveling into New York City! Ample space for 2! Unbelievable natural light during the day. Super easy to get to and from NYC for about $6 round-trip using the bus! Ferry nearby! We highly recommend our space for those using public transportation as street parking is limited and an overnight parking pass of $5 is required per night. This Airbnb is better suited for those wanting to explore NYC/North NJ and coming back to the Airbnb as it is in a busy building and area.

Super modern with a lot of white and a lot of lighting. This apartment is totally independent and not shared with anyone. No outside guests permitted. Our unit is on the first floor of a building. This town is called West New York for a reason. We are in a highly congested area exactly like NYC. You may potentially hear muffled exterior noise from outside or neighbors within the building. If you are looking for a real NYC experience this is it!

There is a love seat in the living room with a nicely sized TV.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with most cookware, pots, and pans. You will find a Brita water filter pitcher in the refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a blender. We love the "pay it forward" mentality, therefore some of our guests sometimes leave things behind. Whether it's something as simple as honey or even a delicious brownie mix, it's available for your pleasure, and please feel free to use it.

Unfortunately, the heat cannot be controlled within the apartment. We provide window A/C use all year long in case it is too hot for your liking. We also provide SPACE HEATERS in case you may need additional heating if you are cold. **

Guest access
Guests are provided with free wifi and free Netflix access. Our smart TVs have all applications available as well in case you'd like to log onto your accounts during your stay.

We do not have Cable TV, however, we do provide free Netflix. The TVs of course have additional apps that you may log into if you are a subscribed member.
