The Space

Enter from the world-famous Boulevard Saint-Germain, and you are there! This chic ground and 1st floor duplex Paris apartment is has just been fully re-furbished, and is located in an historic cobble-stone lane way. It's decorated and furnished in a rustic French style - in other words: it's gorgeous. So is the view from your window-side banquette where you'll see the oldest cafe in Paris, Le Procope, founded in 1684 - Napoleon loved it, so will you! Did we mention the apartment is located in the very heart of the Paris' arts district? It's where many famous writers and artists - including Picasso, Matisse and Hemingway - called home. And now, during your next Paris trip, so can you. À bientôt!

Interaction with Guests

I will welcome you to this dream little getaway and show you around the neighborhood. I also have a concierge service to help you with any bookings and services during your Paris visit.

The Neighborhood

Just like any other of the world's major cities, it's all about location, location, location. And your Paris apartment has one of the best locations in town! Welcome to the stylish and elegant home to Paris' bourgeoisie, Saint-Germain-des-Prés/Odéon! What better place to play during your Paris stay?

Cafe Society:
Step outside, and you'll be standing in one of Paris' historical lane ways. Just opposite is the oldest cafe in Paris, Le Procope - Napoleon's favorite! A whiff away is Boulevard Saint-Germain and its café lifestyle, made famous in the 40s and 50s by writer Jean-Paul Sartre, Hemmingway, Orwell and other existentialists. The neighborhood has preserved the cafés where they philosophized and added plenty of new ones that now overflow with trendy, upscale young professionals who toast each other with glasses of divine French wine.

Shopping & Night Life - ooh-la-la!
If you're shopping for answers, you have the right address! Luxury designer stores and smaller boutiques are literally just around the corner. And the stylish denizens of Saint Germain take great care to look fashionable both day and night, which makes for some great people-watching. An excellent selection of lively pubs and swanky bars and lounges provides a nighttime vibe that ranges from casual chic to upscale.

And, of course, Paris:
Your Paris apartment is ideally situated to explore all the spectacular landmarks Paris has to offer. You're walking distance from Notre-Dame, the Seine River, the historic Latin Quarter, and The Louvre. And just a famous Metro ride away from the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Élysées.

Bonne vacances!
