Only 10 mins from Rosslare Ferry port and 2 hours drive from Dublin makes St Helens very convenient for access from Europe and UK with your car. You can relax in the sunroom or by the fire after brisk walks on the beautiful sandy beach that stretches 4 miles St Helens to Carne. Locally there is something to suit everyone. Sport enthusiasts - golf, tennis, sailing, angling at Loch Mahon or on the quieter shores of the South east. Heritage seekers - visit Dunbrody Heritage ship which is a replica of the famine coffin ship 1845, National Irish Heritage Park (12 miles) where 9000 years of Irish history is retold in an outdoor museum, Hook light house dates back to 13th century, Wexford town is one of Irelands oldest towns with incredibly narrow streets, Enniscorthy castle and surrounds tells its own history of late 18th century. Golf - St Helens, Rosslare, Enniscorthy all within half hour drive are lovely courses. Many beautiful gardens are open to the public from May to Sept. List will be provided on booking as will a list of places to eat including 2 well know fish restaurants. Day trips to Kilkenny Castle, iconic Rock of Cashel and Glendalough are very manageable, as is a day trip to Dublin. Rental rates at St Helens are reasonable off season so some guests rent two weeks spending a couple of days of that period in Dublin and return to relax in St Helens before returning home.
The entire house is accessible. 3 bedrooms, Kitchen cum dining and living area, sunroom. Playground, tennis courts basketball are all free.
At the golf course there is a bar, restaurant and pro shop. Golf clubs are available to hire (recommend hire in advance). Green fees vary throughout the year.

I can give lots of details on sites to visit and restaurants to try. I supply all this information once the booking has been confirmed and the final balance paid.
There is parking for 2 cars off the road directly outside the house within the gated development.
Rosslare Ferry port is 2 miles.
Rosslare train station is 2 miles.
Dublin is 2 hours by car or train from Rosslare europort to Tara st./Pearse st. /Connolly stations in Dublin.
Other Things to Note
Electricity is charged at cost. Guest takes the readings and calculates the payment so the guest is in control of usage.
Wifi is available on pay as you go basis. 7 day pass is €10 for 2 Gb
30 day pass is €20 for 7.5 Gb
Pets- One small well behaved dog may be acceptable when agreed in advance with the host. No pets are accepted in the high season July to end August. A fee of €35 is charged for each pet.
Bed linen ,towels and duvets are included in the rental cost.
