About this listing
Nested in one of the most sought after addresses in Shoreditch, this warehouse conversion is perfect for someone wishing to live in the heart of the creative hub of East London, surrounded by art galleries, designer stores, trendy shops, eclectic bars and restaurants, the first pop-up mall ever and the vibrant markets of Columbia Road, Spitafields, Brick Lane, Broadway...
Spacious and stylish, the loft is a versatile and inspiring open space with original wood floors, exposed brickworks, large industrial windows and a juliette balcony overlooking London's iconic skyline.
A vast reception/dining area with audio system and high speed wifi internet provides the ideal entertaining space. And there is a cosy and airy bedroom with a double bed.
The area has great transportation links. It is served by loads of buses which will take you all over the city. It is just a short walk from Old Street and Liverpool Street underground stations, Shoreditch High Street and Hoxton overground stations, giving you quick and easy access to any location in Central London.
The flat was larger than I expected it to be. I had heard Hoxton Sq was a hipster hangout but had no idea how busy it would really be. Yes, it got a little loud on Thur, Fri and Sat evenings, but had read other reviews warning me and it was exactly what was expected.
Francois did a very nice job making sure everything happened the way it should and when it should, which was good for me as I was all over the place in terms of when I was showing up (not on time). Only small things to take note of (and not complaining): there's no elevator and the water boiler might turn off, so just make sure you know how to turn it back on (all you have to do is hit one button) so you can get hot water.
Would happily stay here again in the future.
Francois was a great host and I had a great trip in London! The apartment was exactly as described -- spacious, clean and convenient. Further, Francois was a great host and was very communicative and very helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London!
Francois was very easy to communicate with and the a cleaner greeted me with a key upon arrival. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. I loved the minimalist design, and everything needed for was available. Had a great vibe. The area is great, with tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance in every direction in the art-y Shoreditch area. I took public transport to and from Heathrow airport.
The perfect host, Francois always available, l had no issues at all, will certainly visit again
Francois' apartment is wonderful and it is in the most interesting and vibrant area in London. Highly recommended!
The appartement is perfectly situated in Hipsterville. Very quiet, very spacious, very clean, very beautiful. François was very nice and helpful and we will come back for sure.
