This private loft style apartment is located in the heart of historic downtown Lawrence, just steps away from everything this wonderful college town has to offer. If it's happening in Lawrence it's happening downtown. This contemporary apartment is just a short 10-15 minute walk to Jayhawk Blvd and the center of the KU campus.

The space
Multi-level loft space in downtown Lawrence minuets from KU and all of it's attractions. An energetic guest could walk to campus in 15 mins. This modern space offers a full stainless steel kitchen with dining area, glass block shower along with a queen size bed with 1000 thread count cotton sheets. While our property is in the center of the shopping and entertainment district in Lawrence, we Do Not allow parties to take place in our property. You'll find that there are a wide variety of places for parties of all sorts within walking distance of our door. From restaurants & coffee shops where you can have a quiet conversation to late night Bars and Night Clubs where you can party till the early morning hours. Because our property is similar to a boutique hotel with 2 suites in close proximity we ask our guests to respect each other's privacy by keeping noise levels to a minimum during their stay.

Guest access
You will have use of this entire studio unit located on the second floor of this historic, 148 year old building. There are two suites in our building. Suites are completely separate and secure but do share a common foyer much like a hotel.
