This is a very tranquil and quiet loft with a touch of romantic feeling, situated at the first floor at Via Delle Oche 1, in the close vicinity of the Duomo. The space consists of a night zone, and a daytime area with a fully furnished open concept kitchen and a sofa bed which can sleep one person. There is also a private bathroom. This great lofted apartment suits couples and friends alike.
The space
Located on the first floor of a historic building in Via delle Oche, Mini Suite Oche is virtually 1 minute away from the Duomo. It is also steps away from Via Calzaiuoli that connects Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, the heart of Florentine tourism.
Spacious, airy and well-lit, Mini Suite Oche 1 is a modern open space loft with a minimalist yet comforting vibe. It features a king size bed, a convertible sofa, a spacious closet, and a dining table which seats four people. It can effortlessly accommodate the needs of three guests and make their stay both relaxed and enjoyable.
The apartment has a Wi-Fi connection and we equipped it with two TV sets for you to chill in front of after an exciting day. You’ll feel comfortable regardless of the season, as the space has air conditioning, heating and double glazed windows.
For those who love to cook, there is a full open concept kitchen conveniently equipped with the essential appliances such as: an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave oven, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
There is also an electric kettle to make your tea and a Nespresso machine with a fair amount of pods provided by us so that you can enjoy your morning coffee just as you like it.
The modern and nicely tiled bathroom has everything you need: it features a shower, a wash basin, a toilet and a bidet. There is also a hairdryer. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, which you’ll find in the bathroom as well.
All the essentials are provided. This comprises: a set of clean hand and body towels, fresh linens for every guest, as well as toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and soap.
The location of the apartment is amazing and couldn’t be more convenient. You are in the heart of Florence, immersed in the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere of the historic city center. The city’s best cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and galleries are all around you! And you are of course only steps away from Florence’s iconic landmarks such as the stunning Cathedral with its ever-famous Duomo and the recently renovated Baptistry. The imposing Palazzo Vecchio is also a stone’s throw away, as are the Uffizi gallery, the Santa Croce square, the picturesque Ponte Vecchio bridge and many, many more.
Last but not least, it’s very easy to get to the main train station, Santa Maria Novella. It’s a fifteen-minute walk from your apartment and you can comfortably and cheaply travel to so many destinations!
You won’t get lost with us, as we provide you with a custom map where all the important tourist attractions, supermarkets, as well as a selected number of recommended restaurants and bars are clearly indicated. The location of your apartment is also clearly marked and we have included some tips which will allow you to experience and enjoy the city like a local.

The guests will have access to all parts of the loft. They will have their own keys and enjoy complete privacy.

• It’s very important that you communicate your arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival date so we can manage to meet you at the apartment on time.
• The check-in is available from 15:00 till 23:00. I will be myself available for check-in. After that time, between 23:00 and 1:00 am there will be an extra cost of 30,00 € for an external person to complete your check-in.
• The check-out is anytime before 10:00 am. Just leave the key in the apartment and be sure you collect all your belongings before you close the main door.
• Luggage storage before check-in: Free.

•Luggage storage on check-out day: 10,00 to 15,00 €*
We offer you the possibility to leave your luggage in the apartment on the morning of the check-out (anytime before 10:00 am), in case you plan on leaving Florence later in the afternoon/evening. We will take care of moving your bags safely to our office where you will be able to collect them at a pre-arranged time.
We charge:
