This is our quiet, cul-de-sac vacation house in the city, and we’d love to share this location that has easy I-30 access to Dallas and Ft. Worth! If you want to be in the middle of all the entertainment, but feel like you are in the country. This is as close as it gets in this area!!

Brand new renovation, cozy carpet in bedrooms, and the only house left offering a huge wooded acre lot, right in the city. Most of your basic necessities are here for you - shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent, hangers and an ironing board. USB charging ports by every bed.

In the kitchen you'll have a coffee pot with coffee and supplies, blender, bottle/can openers, a few pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Sometimes we will stock the fridge with extra goodies. Don't worry, there is a dishwasher - no hand washing needed!

Blazing fast Fiber Internet is installed with Wi-Fi access, and each bedroom and living room has a Smart TV for you to log into your personal streaming accounts.

We also have a custom computer desk, made out of old reclaimed barn wood, built under a window with forest view.

We’ve had fun creating cozy spaces with custom built lighting fixtures, reclaimed wood walls, and quirky finishing touches! Easy check in/out on your own time with the front door keypad.

AGE OF VISITORS
The person making the reservation MUST BE 24 YEARS OLD OR OVER, any person under the age of 24 that will be inside the house, must be communicated to us at the time of booking. If you are making the reservation on behalf of another party, you must disclose this in advance.

QUIET HOURS
No noises/activity from 10PM - 9AM that would disturb my neighborhood. Golden rule applies here. Be sensible, and respectful - always! Regardless of the time of day!

NO PETS
This home has always been pet free. If you have allergies (like us!) you'll enjoy the clean environment.

KIDS/FAMILY
By popular demand, we have added a foldable pack 'n play crib for your small children! Please note we have not "child" proofed the rest of the house, but you are welcomed to bring your young children. If you do bring kids with you, you are responsible for them and their safety at all times.

WILDLIFE
Because of our proximity to the forest, you are always responsible for any possible interaction with wildlife you might encounter. Always be alert! Please do not wander into the dense forest.

House is located in the last pocket neighborhood this close to the stadiums. You will not find another home that boasts such a dense forest, and acreage! You already know about the great entertainment venues Arlington has to offer (including the NEW TEXAS LIVE!), but don't forget about Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie nearby, and fun shopping, movies and restaurants located within a mile radius of our house.
