It's a small renovated and well-equipped flat in the center very close to the "ruin pub" and entertainment quarter of Budapest. We are happy to share our well-proved insider tips with our guests to enjoy Budapest at its best!

The space
My flat (cca 36 sqm) has been completely renovated from water pipelines to electricity to tiles. Most of the furniture is also brand new but I also obtained some gorgeous 70's pieces and got them refurbished. The flat is on the 3rd floor, so good and sunny, overlooking a quiet courtyard. It consists of a kitchen/dining room, a toilet, a bathroom with shower and the main room with a large lofted bed. There is possibility to accommodate an extra two persons on the pull-out couch. The big advantages of the flat are its sunnyness and that there is virtually no traffic noise coming in. What might be considered as a weekness is that the building itself hasn't been renovated recently, so holds the marks of many years or even decades, especially the staircase looks worn-out. Also, with the lack of a lift you have to come up to the top floor on stairs.
