My cozy 3-floor house is placed on top of the Etruscan walls of Cortona, at the edge of the historic center, on a very quiet and characteristic street. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. I hope you will enjoy the stunning view on the valley beneath!

The space
Immersed in the Tuscan countryside and surrounded by the picturesque streets of Cortona, my house is the perfect place to relax. You can take the chance to visit the beautiful surrounding area, go hiking, have a glass of good wine in front of the fireplace, or just enjoy the breathtaking view of Valdichiana valley from the house.
The house has 3 floors and consists in 2 bathrooms - both with showers - 1 bedroom, 1 room for reading and chilling out with a very comfortable, double sized sofa bed, and 1 living room with open-style kitchen and fireplace. Furthermore, there is an outdoor area in the back facing the valley beneath that can be used to accommodate a small table or just enjoy the sunset. The house can cozily accommodate up to 4 persons and every room is extremely bright.
Wi-Fi internet connection, satellite TV, washing machine, stereo, american coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, oven, and dishwasher are also provided.
