100% ACCESS from the main gate to all sections. Completely separate apartment with private entrance, gates and main door with smart entry and fully SMART inside lights, plugs and colour lights. You can access our ground floor garden with a small waterfall and all other nature related facilities to spend your evening leisurely. National and international food chains and restaurants are around this place.

Our guests are fully protected with a CCTV camera system for outside, smart light for the main gate and movement sensing lights for the entrance and the walking distance.

Other things to note
• If you stay for more than 15 days, Fingerprint access will be enabled.
• Daily housekeeping to be done by professional cleaning staff with your requirement or the consent.
• Cooking facilities are available with all modern equipment. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, spices, oil and other essentials are provided. You are welcome to prepare your own meals.
When you book for more than 2-3 weeks, we usually arrange a welcome dinner with authentic Sri Lankan foods at our home with my family.
• Unlimited safe drinking water is freely available with a high-tech UV filter.
• Super markets, fruit shops and restaurants are within few minutes walking distance.
• Though, the check-out time is 12 noon, you may leave your bags or extra luggage safely here to collect them later or even at the end of the trip.
• You are allowed to enjoy the ground floor garden
• A modern board room is available for business and professional guests if they want at a highly discounted price (with or without translators) - Separate fee is applicable
. Please note that we do not have a generator to face power cut situations. But we have some alternative arrangements to manage such situations.
- When more than 10 days reservations, guest has to pay the electricity bill (separate bill will be provided)

Pitakotte is an ancient Kingdom. This is the Capital City of the country. Though this is almost within the Colombo city still we get the natural trees and birds and musicians etc. Within 150m you will get a very best Thailand restaurant and Sri Lankan restaurant with the menu and delivery. This is an special arrangement for our Apartment gusts.
