Stay in my cozy and large room while you visit Berlin.
You will have a balcony for your private use and a shared kitchen and bathroom (with tub and shower + washing machine).
You share the flat with 2 lovely people who will help you with any questions you got.
Subway/Tram Station "Seestr." is just a 5 minute walk. And from there you are in 10 mins at "Friedrichstraße" or 15 to "Alexanderplatz".
