Hiking, rafting, fishing and golfing are all conveniently available. The property has an artistic feel with creativity all around. Large front and back porch with beautiful sunrises. Enjoy a glass of wine by the pool or take a walk on the wooded trails.

The space
All rooms and bathrooms are customized and have special details. A full basement additional room with cable TV to use for a bonus room or additional sleeping. This room also has its own entrance and can be locked off from the rest of the house. The house has a very open feel. Great for entertaining and all ages.

We live in a neighborhood on 3 acres. Very private and quiet. A great place to enjoy the outdoors. Large porches to relax with a book or a glass of wine. Easy access to 74 to Charlotte, or jump on 26 to Hendersonville or Asheville. Lake Adger, Lake Bowen or Lake Lure are a short drive away. The fall color in the trees are brilliant
