Pretty attic with a large terrace facing the sea and the beach in front (25 meters). It is located on the top floor (2 °) of a recently renovated building. It consists of a living room with with kitchen , a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs and overlooks a beautiful panorama, also visible from the living room. The attic is exposed on two sides and on the back there is a balcony.

The space
Availability upon request to add a third bed in the bedroom. The apartment is facing the sea, the beach in front is free, in summer time there are equipped beaches within walking distance. It is possible to park the car for free on the street. The supermarket, various bars, pastry shops, takeaways, restaurants and the pharmacy are reachable with a few minutes walking.
