The Space

An amazing top floor, New York City apartment in Chelsea, the best location in NYC---central to walk to everything, great for one person or a couple. Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Nice apartment, very well located for everything in NY. Nice, quiet and quaint street
All key arrangements worked fine and Eric checked twice if everything was ok.

Some extra place to hang our clothes would be nice but the apartment is more spacious than it looks so no problem

    Response from Eric:

Thanks Joao! Hope you had fun in NYC, you'll have to tell me your favorite Broadway play :)

  • Great Apartment!
Excellent location, just a few blocks from Chelsea Market. And the view is really amazing.
Organisation was very clear and easy.

The only (small) problem was that we couldn't get the wifi but NYC offers free wifi everywhere!

    Thanks again Eric

  • We stayed 10 days at Eric's apartment. The location is great!! walking distance to the meatpacking district, Chelsea Market, Chelsea galleries and more. Tha place is nice, quiet, clean and well equiped. Eric was very quick in response at all time.
The only thing to pay attention to is the bed setup, It has only one side open to get down from it which causes the person who sleeps "inside" to climb over his partner at night time if needed..Other then this issue - all was wonderful! Thanks Eric!!

  • Excellent location, place looks exactly as on the photos. I didn't actually get to interact with Eric at all because I arrived late, and my stay was very smooth.

Hi Kirill, Thank you for the kind comments and leaving the place spotless. You are welcome to come again anytime!

  • My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Erics apartment. It was the perfect location for us to explore New York whist being surrounded by some of the best bars, cafes and shopping.
The apartment has a great view of the empire state building and also afforded us spectacular views of the 4th July fireworks that were on the hudson. It was comfortable with good air-conditioning and a functional kitchen We would highly recommend Erics apartment to anyone who wants to stay in the Chelsea/Meatpacking district.

  • We stayed at Eric's NY apartment in June 2013 and it was fantastic. The apartment is located very centrally in an area that had a good mix of resturants, bars, people and shops. We did a lot of walking around NY and always felt safe day and night. We used the 14th avenue subway and found travel in NYC easy and fast (used the 7 day pass) The apartment was quiet, clean, well decorated and very inviting. The view of the Empire State Building morning and in particular at night was an absolute highlight, especially the red, white and blue on flag day. Communication with Eric was fast and very helpful. We could not be happier with our NY visit and loved every minute. We are very keen to return as 8 days was far too short.

  • The apartment was very comfortable and the location was great. We enjoyed staying there. Communication with Eric was easy.
Will stay there again when we come back.

  • We've had a nice stay in this apartment. Located near subway, shops and restaurant. Gay neighborhood. instructions about keys etc. were clear and easy. Enough towels and sheets for a week!

  • We had a perfect stay at this cute apartment. Great apartment in a great location. close to train lines. Comfortable bed and a noticeably quiet bedroom for being in the middle of the city! Bathroom was clean. Eric was friendly and easy to work with for any questions or requests we had. Would definitely recommend staying here if looking for a cost-effective alternative to a hotel.

Hello, I live in NYC, love to travel and plan on doing some exploring this year. I want to experience the cities I visit not from a hotel room but rather through AirBnB. Hopefully your city is on the list.
