This spacious home offers 3-4 bedrooms to sleep 10 + people, 1-bathroom. Perfect for a multi-family vacation or reunion. The house features a large kitchen and living room with gas fireplace and a partially stocked kitchen which accommodates dining for 6, plus seats 6 in formal dining room. The 3rd floor offers 3-twin size beds, and kid's recreation room (Enjoy foosball, drawing table, radio and TV). 2nd floor offers 3-bedrooms; 2-for adults (Full-size bed in each), 3rd bedroom has multi-sleeping capacity including; 1- Full, 2-twin, 1-single and 1-bunk. We also have a nice blow-up Queen size mattress for your use (upon request only, with added charge $30). We also have additional pillows, blankets and sleeping bags (in closet, and linens in Laundry room). Please note the house was built in 1869, its quite charming and we have done many upgrades to the first floor. Although you can enjoy modern day living, the house only has one bathroom, and doesn't have TV, central heating or AC. It might seam odd or inconvenient if compared to newer homes, but it's Maine, its the way it was back in the day. Its pretty easy to manage if you remember your on vacation, and then relax and enjoy your time away from the rush back home. Please note in the winter months, we provide a space heater in each room for added comfort... plus we have plenty of throw blankets for cuddling : )
You'll have the whole house, 3-floors. The house is right near downtown in the heart of Bridgton. We hope you leave your car parked, because you can walk to the beach, or the main street (RT-302). Bridgton is host to so many things to do Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall; fishing, boating, canoeing, golfing, antiquing, shopping, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, tubing, snowmobiling, too much to list it all.

Other things to note
Please take your shoes off when you come in the house. leave them by the front door entrance you'll find a carpet, and closet, which provides lots of space for shoes, boots and to hang jackets. The first floor is mostly newly renovated, including the kitchen. so make yourself at home, cook up a storm if you please.. or just kick back and stay comfortable.
NOTE: the house is connected with our Suite via closed locked door. please be aware that noise does travel, and it is your responsibility to keep the noise to a reasonable level. to me this means normal talking level voices. no loud music or anything that will disturb our Suite guests. Quiet time is at 10pm, you don't have to go to bed, but turning music off and settling in is required.. by requesting a booking we assume you also accept these terms, and will be responsible for your group to abide by the same.
