I own this really cute OCEANFRONT apartment called Bahia Balboa in Paitilla, on corner of Via Italia and Ave. Balboa - HIGH speed wifi. as well, computer and printer. Best location and unbeatable bay and city views (unobstructed views of Bay, Casco Viejo and you can also see Amador Causeway, as well as all the boats waiting to enter the Panama Canal.. very cool !

Bahia Balboa, is a charming 1 bdrm apartment in the upscale, safe, and exclusive area of Paitilla. Across from the biggest, most modern Multicentro Mall (movie theatres with reclining seats and waiters..can you believe it? , restaurants, shops etc) and walking distance to many of Panama’s great restaurants, pubs, taverns, casinos, banking and commercial area etc (most within 5 min walk).
Bahia Balboa – 17th floor. one bedroom suite with sweeping views of Balboa Bay, Casco Viejo, Amador Causeway.
My clients and renters have really enjoyed this apartment and I have many repeat guests. The location is really perfect, which you can see in detail on my website via (website hidden) satellite or (website hidden) map.
The complex has a lovely social area with sweeping bay views, a gym, showers and pool. 1 secured parking space, 24 hour security, and really helpful and friendly staff.
The cable tv has extra English and movie channels High speed wireless internet if you bring your laptop.

KEYS Front Door and Pool (AS level).use white card for access. There is one round key to access common doors in parking area, other 3 for apartment. 1 key for door gate, 1 key for deadbolt, 1 key for doorknob. Colour coded like traffic light.
Groceries, right across the street, parking level, excellent kosher grocery store, at Mulitcentro Mall. Also, enjoy first run movies with reclining seats and waiters to bring you dinner and drinks. Gourmet Pizza beside Farmacia Arrocha , on THIS side of the street has great thin crust pizzas and excellent greek salads! ENJOY!
Because we provide extras in our apartments, there are a few more things to think about., so as a courtesy to the next guests - please note the following
Please do not:
• Remove the cell phone or charger on departure (the next guest may have given that number out to family members in case of emergency)
• Save personal phone numbers into the phone, we have only saved numbers for Sarah, Susan, Jose and Maximo. Please do not delete those saved numbers, they are there to facilitate all guests in calling us quickly if necessary
COMPUTER (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
Please do not:
• Leave documents or pictures on the main computer
• Visit sensitive sites, adult sites etc on the main computer. This will likely cause computer viruses, not to mention, children may be using this computer after you leave
AIR CONDITIONING (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
Please do not:
Set timers on the a/c. The next guest may not appreciate an automatic on in the middle of the night, and likely they will not know how to cancel the timer. Not to mention, waste of electricity
Please do: Help us conserve energy and first try ceiling fans. If using A/C , please close all bedroom and bathroom doors and windows. When leaving apartment, please please turn off the a/c.
Please do not leave an alarm clock set, if you do, please cancel on your departure. Next guest may not appreciate a preset 5am alarm going off.

I rented this condo for a month upon moving to Panama City and I'm so glad that I did. Sarah and Jose made it all very easy, and the location was perfect - I just walked to everything I needed. The condo was comfortable, looked just like the pictures, and was quiet. And, of course, the view is incredible. And I loved the doormen, they were so helpful.
I cannot say enough about the view, location and José. José picked up each one of us (there were three) at the airport. He also took us back to the airport, all on separate dates and times. We also arranged a tour with him. Had a wonderful day.
Doormen were extremely nice to us. In fact, the Panamanians are extremely nice people.
The hop on hop off bus is across the street which was very convenient.
I think dish washing liquid and extra toilet tissue should be on hand. We did not contact Sarah on this but bought some at the grocery store located in Multi Centro across the street.

Well in order. First, my experience in making the reservation with Sarah was flawless. She was extremely responsive and very attentive. She arranged for her manager Jose to pick us up at the airport. Jose is now someone we consider a friend. He took us to the apartment and as it was our first time in Panama, he spent a great deal of time telling us all about where, when and how. During our stay, we had one small problem with the stove and he had someone there within 15 minutes to fix it. His English is very good for those who might not speak Spanish. Upon leaving, again he was right on time and cheerful to help us. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Breathtaking views of the city and close to everything. There is a large mall 1 block away with lots of stores and a theater, as well as a pharmacy and grocery store inside which was very handy as we cooked in the well appointed kitchen often. The apartment is within walking distance of almost everything. We walked to Calle Uruguay and Via España and Via Argentina to restaurants. You are right on the oceanfront parkway which is a beautiful walkway with joggers and a park like setting. I would definitely stay again. I felt among friends. The price was great for the value. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities one could want. Our trip was very memorable and the apartment helped that to be true. Thank you Sarah and José.
