Beautiful Villa a few km from Todi positioned on a hill overlooking the valley with a breathtaking 360 degree view that leaves you breathless !. Recently renovated with taste and refinement this ancient farmhouse dating back to the late 1800s has been transformed into a luxury home. The ancient stone and wooden beams combine in great harmony with modern solutions, contemporary art pieces and furniture in style.

The space
EXTERIORS:
The Villa is surrounded by approximately 1 hectare of land completely fenced. The Villa is accessed via a long dirt road defined on its sides by centuries-old Pines. Upon arrival you are immediately captured by the fantastic view you enjoy looking in all directions. The living area leads to the fully furnished patio under which you can enjoy local specialties or simply relax. From here, through the stone staircase you enter the marvelous garden where the wonderful irregularly shaped Pool (heated upon request) lies in perfect harmony with the surroundings. At the poolside the Solarium area where you can relax with a background music thanks to the sound system. Finally two very comfortable and modern showers with hot water.
At the sides of the pool the ground gently descends leading to a lower level where there is a sports field that can be either a soccer field or tennis court depending on the needs. From here under a beautiful iron gazebo you can organize fun aperitifs or snacks while attending football or tennis matches.

INTERIORS:
The Villa is distributed on two floors:
On the ground floor we have the entrance hall, the billiard room, 1 guest bathroom, the TV room, the large living room with fireplace and large dining table for 12 people, the veranda, the modern fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, natural and sparkling water dispenser) with table for breakfast, a service room with bathroom, equipped with washing machine, dryer and all the necessary ironing facilities.
On the first floor, which is accessed via the internal staircase from the main living room or directly from the outside, we have a corridor with 1 double room en suite bathroom with shower, 1 double room with walls in fabric and partly decorated in Arabic style, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double room en suite bathroom with shower, 1 triple room en suite bathroom with shower, 1 master bedroom en suite bathroom both with shower and bath tub, the wooden lounge with library and fireplace and finally the fitness area.

All rooms are decorated with bright colors and patterns, from floral fabrics to Middle Eastern motifs. The bathrooms are fully equipped and very modern.

Here nothing has been left out and comfort is absolutely guaranteed!

During your stay

HOSPITALITY:
The Owner or a service person will be present at the arrival of the Guests and will give them any necessary information regarding the House.
On request and if possible, guests can leave their luggage before 16:00 at check in and after 10:00 at check out.

MAID SERVICE:
The Service Staff is responsible for cleaning the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the common areas and the terraces but not the KITCHEN.
The change of towels is twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday)
