The space
The BestO'Inn has 4 rentable bedrooms downstairs, each with a private bathroom, and the upstairs is my private master suite. The interior and exterior of the house is all the original Shiplap (cheers to Chip & Joanna!) and I kept the original 100yr old cedar floors untouched. The Kitchen area & Dining Room are the common spaces, where guests have a chance to make new friends! There is a huge covered front porch, a back porch, firepit area, and a large backyard. Since sound travels in this old house, plan to leave your kiddos at home and come for a fun & relaxing getaway!
Most importantly though, I am a Baylor Alum - SIC'EM!!!!!

Feel free to bring your own food to cook (no fish) Any condiments & spices in the house are available for you to use, along with all the pots, pans, & dishes. Enjoy the coffee & tea options and cream & sugars as well! There is free high-speed Wi-Fi in the house, smart TV's with free guest access to Netflix in each bedroom. There's a washer & dryer, iron & and hair dryer for all to use, which is located in the kitchen area. There's a 9ft perimeter fence and a wrought iron fence in the front. The wrought iron gate out front (a code is needed for entry), a gate in the back parking area (code needed), an electronic door lock on the front & back doors (code needed), and lastly an electronic lock on each of the bedroom doors (you guessed it, a code is needed!) Lots of good security!

During your stay
I am a local Realtor, so if I am not at the house when you need something, I am always available by phone, airbnb messaging, text, or email and my contact information is posted all around the house.

*If you find some dates that show unavailable, please reach out to me to see if I can free up any days for you.
ALSO, if you are driving through town and can only stay 1 night, reach out to me and I'll see if I can make that work.

**I offer all Veteran's a 10% Discount off the base nightly rate for each night you stay. Please let me know that you are a veteran when booking, then once you are booked, you can send me a copy of your (or your guest's) Military ID. The day you check out, I will send you a refund for the discounted amount.

***The house is not suitable for children, youngest that would be OK is maybe 7yrs old. Sound travels too much in this old house.

****There will be an additional $10 fee PER ITEM for any towels or sheets that were stained or for each item that comes up missing. The cleaning fee only covers standard washing, not special treatment. I provide black washcloths for this purpose. Examples of things we've seen so far that are very difficult to remove: Mascara, Make-up/cover-up, lipstick, self tanner, hair dye, blood, & wine...etc.
