Modern, great furnishings, comfortable beds and an open floor plan. 2 bedrooms (Queen size beds), sofa bed, bright sunny condo ideally located in Claresholm beside golf course and walking trail. Equipped kitchen -pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker and dishwasher. Grill on the balcony BBQ. If you are in town for work, exploring Waterton Southern Alberta, skiing at Castle or just looking for a change of scenery in a space that feels good - this condo is it. Great for short term and month + stays.

The space
The condo building was built in the 1980's - and the exterior reflects that, but step inside this renovated condo unit as it is very modern. 2 Bedrooms with new memory foam mattresses and sofa bed. Newly renovated bathroom with shower/tub & humidity sensor fam with auto shut off . Laundry is located just done the hallway from this condo.

My unit is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Need to do business in Claresholm or area? Condo is located across the road from Claresholm General Hospital and walking distance to the Aquatic center. Claresholm makes a great home base for exploring Southern Alberta. It is located between Calgary and Lethbridge. Waterton Lakes National park is 1hour 15 min drive, 2.5 hour drive to Banff National Park. 1 hour to Calgary. Claresholm is the centre of Cowboy country and the gateway to the Cowboy Trail and hosts exciting rodeo events at the Agriplex and the Stavely Arena. The Cowboy trail (Hwy#22) will take you on a long, winding journey thru the Foothills and to the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Try your hand at fishing in nearby Pine Coulee Reservoir, or head there for some nighttime star gazing. Due to little light interference, star gazing is incredible here.
