Great experience. The Farmhouse is charming with eclectic decor. Jeanie was open and accommodating. I would recommend if you want a quiet and relaxing weekend.
We had a wonderful stay at Jeanie s place It's very charming and you can't beat her location it's very close to town and you can even walk to a beach Jeanie made sure that her guests were comfortable and provided great hospitality we will def come back and stay at her place next time when we re in the Hampton
If you are looking for a lovely, spacious, artsy, convenient place to stay while you're in East Hampton, Jeanie's place is ideal. She was terrific at communicating, helped with travel plans, greeted us when we arrived, steered us toward wonderful restaurants and amenities, and gave us ample space and privacy. Her place is terrific (even better than the photos) and is within walking distance to the train and to the shops and restaurants in East Hampton, which was a huge plus. We plan to return to the Hamptons soon and will definitely stay with Jeanie!
Jeanie was the perfect host in her lovely, charming house. We arrived without car, no problems with that at all. The house is a short walk to East Hampton, Jeannie explained how to get to the beach. Our room was characterful and clean. Lovely breakfasts. Thank you, Jeanie.
We stayed for a quick two night visit but I wish we had more time here! The place is truly lovely - much better than a stuffy hotel room! We even walked a short distance to a great restaurant nearby and left the car behind for the night. I'd highly recommend staying here and trust me you won't miss the shower one bit! The clawfoot tub is charming and relaxing – made it truly feel like a vacation :)
Jeannie's place was about a 10 minute drive from the train station, through town. Room was very cosy and quiet; neighbors were friendly.
If you want to go to the beach, take a cab unless someone in your party is great with directions!
Sehr sympathisch. Viel Atmosphäre durch sehr individuelle phantasievolle Einrichtung (teilweise südamerikanische Details wegen Mexiko-Vorliebe von Jeannie) u. die Tatsache, dass altes Haus mit speziellem Charakter.
