Jeanie was helpful and offered lovely accommodation which was clean, comfortable & welcoming. The location of this 200 year old house is great, it's really close to Main Street and the shops and local sights. Main beach is a good walk away whereas Egypt beach is closer. Fantastic views and a refreshing place to stay especially after the business of New York. We lived it, and having breaffast served in the garden was a nice touch.

The room was beautiful and very well furnished. The location was also great and close to the center of the town. Jeanie has been very kind and her breakfast was filling and tasty! Definitely recommend!

This place is in the middle of East Hampton! Just a few minutes walk from the main street major stores, a minute from the CVS, with a private parking space. Our hostess was great - with all details, from the table cloth napkins, to the wi-fi password, and the instructions about everything we needed in order to have a great time. Big plus - unlike other airbnb places, she also provides passes for the local beaches, which makes the stay a breeze. The bedroom we used was with an a/c unit, a queen sized bed and another bed. Was spacious, and bathroom was equally well designed. Definitely try Jeannie's breakfast - it's good to feel home; her bread is delicious, so make sure you lose a pound or two, before you get there :) Overall - excellent experience. Will recommend her, and if we go again, we'll reach out to her!

This was at least my fourth stay with Jeanie. If I could give her property 6 stars I would! It is the absolute closest rental to the town of East Hampton that you could ever find. You can walk up to the LIRR train station in a scant 15 minutes. The two rooms that I have stayed in are both massive, comfortable, quiet, clean & comfortable and the breakfast is a treat. Big THANK YOU!

I loved how close it was to everything. It is walking distance to the village and I was able to jog to the beach and back each morning. The suite I stayed in was large, private and clean. Jeanie was a nice hostess.

Jeanie was an extremely nice lady. Also, the location can't be beat - less than half a mile from the restaurants/stores on Main St. in East Hampton. I recommend for the great value!

Jeanie was very welcoming and the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. She also provided breakfast in the garden, which was delicious and a great start to our morning. We enjoyed the charm of the house and the garden very much. The location is an easy walk to main street ~10min and the beach ~35min walk/ ~10min using the free shuttle available in town when we visited. Definitely recommend! I look forward to visiting again soon.

After working in the art world for 25 years, I've had a Bed & Breakfast in East Hampton for the next 27 years; The beaches and the thrift store are the best anywhere.
