Great location near the town of East Hampton. Easily walk to the train, many restaurants in close proximity and located on a quiet, tree lined street.
Room was clean and well lit and Jeanie (host) is very friendly and accommodating.
The shower took a little adjusting to; It is a bathtub with a shower head on a hose. A sign on the wall states you can not stand in it as the floor is not waterproof, hence doing so raises the risk of floor collapse.
Was a good experience and recommended to those looking for a no-frills, cost effective space to stay in the Hamptons.
The photo's don't do this accommodation justice. Gorgeous room with plenty of space and a private bathroom. Great location, just a couple minute walk on the same road onto the main shopping/restaurant street in East Hampton. Jeanie is very welcoming and helpful and offered the use of her phone so we could call the ferry company and provided a great breakfast. A great stay and I highly recommend this accommodation.
Loved staying at Jeanie's great farmhouse in East Hampton! The character of the home was so lovely and the room is even better in person than in the photos on the listing. Jeanie was really sweet, helpful, and provided a great breakfast of some breads, fruit salad, cereal, and tea or coffee in the gorgeous garden out back. Would highly recommend this place and plan on booking it the next time I come back : )
Wonderful experience. Jeanie is a very accommodating host. We have no complaints - we would book it again next time we visit the Hamptons.
Great place to stay for a weekend! Spacious and clean rooms and excellent breakfast!
Parfait, Jeanie est discrète et attentionnée. Sa maison est superbe et décorée avec goût. Et ce petit déjeuner... quel plaisir !
Excellent host! House is located just east of downtown which makes it ideal for simply walking everywhere. Huge room with cozy bed and sitting area. Will definitely be back in the summer! Thanks jeanie!

After working in the art world for 25 years, I've had a Bed & Breakfast in East Hampton for the next 25 years; The beaches and the thrift store are the best anywhere.
