Few houses, so much green and distance of about 200 m. from the provincial road so no noise and environmental pollution. We are in the hills at about 600 m. of altitude so pleasant temperatures in summer. Equidistant between the sea and the summit of Etna.
In half anhour by car you can reach the beaches, the Sapienza refuge on Mount Etna, Taormina, Catania, the Alcantara Gorges. In an hour's drive you can reach the tourist resorts and not of Eastern Sicily. Nearby there are several wineries that offer tastings accompanied by excellent wines produced on site.

A due km da Zafferana Etnea possiedo due case gemelle e contigue. In una di queste ci abitiamo per 7 mesi all'anno. L'altra , in questi 7 mesi, la propongo come casa vacanze. I vantaggi nel soggiornare a Scatitti House sono i seguenti: 1) Abitando in loco,io e mia moglie, siamo sempre disponibili a dare informazioni e consigli. 2) Essendo in collina temperatura gradevole in estate. 3) Equidistanza fra il mare e la sommità dell'Etna. 4) La casa si trova in zona tranquilla e verdeggiante, ma a soli 2 km. dalla vivace Zafferana Etnea. 5) La casa è accessoriata di tutto (vari elettrodomestici, detersivi , biancheria ecc...) 6) In circa 30 minuti di auto si possono raggiungere varie spiagge, Taormina, il rifugio Sapienza sull'Etna, Catania , le Gole dell'Alcantara ed altro ancora.
