The space

The roof deck has views to die for, and the location is key - just a short walk to both the city center and Passyunk Square’s restaurant hub. Longer walk to Rittenhouse Square and the Center City District! All of Philadelphia’s major attractions are within a walk or 10-minute Uber! The property comfortably sleeps 12 adults and 2 younger individuals for a total count of 14 guests.

-Basement: Bedroom #5 (Fold Out Couch (Full size) + Murphy Bed (Full size) + 1 Full Bath + 2 twin rolling cots in the basement laundry room

We provide high-quality linens, towels, cooking utensils, coffee, and soaps so you can rest, relax, and enjoy. Bonuses include brand new Marshall Speaker, Nest Thermostats, convenient key-less smart lock, Drip Coffee Machine, a 60” Samsung smart TV and a range of board games to choose from. For parents, a 4Moms Breeze Plus (One step to open play yard with removable bassinet and changing table) and high chair are provided so you can travel lighter!

*** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund.
