Enjoy beautiful downtown Chatfield, Chosen Valley, in your own 2 bedroom 2ND FLOOR loft. Fully renovated & located steps away from the bars, restaurants & fun little shops Chatfield has to offer. Spend the day lounging on the rooftop deck in the hot tub, after biking on the Lanesboro trails. Perfect for a girl's weekend retreat or a family vacation, our loft is sure to please. Everything is provided, towels, dishes, etc. Just bring your suitcases & relax!

The space
This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath (replaced tub with new walk-in shower in Jan 2022), 2nd floor loft. Wireless Internet, Roku tvs with Philo & Hulu included. 2nd tv in master bedroom. Private Rooftop deck with hottub.

The loft is all yours. No sharing any spaces. Your own deck & hottub. Keypad code to let yourself in.

Other things to note
Famous Lanesboro bike path located 25 mins away. Little shops, restaurants & bars just steps away. Root River, famous for the fishing, located 3 blocks away. 2 nice parks, very close, for the kiddos. Nice grocery & convenience stores within a few blocks. Our TV's are Roku tvs. Also has Philo & Hulu. Living Room also has a dvd player & a few movies for viewing. A few games are in guest bedroom closet.

We have been married since 1981 and have 3 sons & 5 grandkids. We love spending time with our family & love going on vacation. We hope you enjoy your stay at our rental homes.
