This is a very cozy self contained suite with its own entrance in a beautiful VT lodge right next to Smugglers' Notch Resort. Air conditioned, Gas fireplace, large private deck, and numerous lodge decor items. Enjoy your time during our summer and foliage season. Many things to do nearby. Minutes from hiking in "The Notch" and the Long Trail. 15-20 minutes to dining in Stowe in the summer and fall seasons. In the winter months you will need to take a 50 min detour around the mountain to Stowe.

The space
Only a few minutes from Smugglers Notch Ski resort and all the mountain has to offer throughout the seasons. In addition, close to the quaint town of Jeffersonville with small shops, restaurants and bars. This location is also close to the base of the popular "notch road". Where tourists and locals can enjoy hiking up to Sterling Pond, or during the spring, summer and fall months before the first snowfall when the road closes for the winter season, this is an access road to Stowe, another popular Vermont destination.

As a native Vermonter I consider myself lucky to live in one of the most idyllic locations of the Northeast. A "retired" IBM engineer. I currently operate as a Builder/Developer/Landlord/ Maple Syrup Producer. My hobbies are hunting and spending time with my children-now grown and grandchildren. I am very pleased to have my family helping take care of all aspects of my business with me.

During your stay

I am available and in the area to assist should anything come up during your stay. I also have a few units in the same area, so I may be around fixing or adding to one of them. However, I will respect your privacy during your stay unless called on.
