Our guest annex is an entirely self contained living area with a brand new bathroom, sauna, toilet and a double bed with a stunning view over the Sussex weald. This space is suitable for couples looking to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet.
We live just metres away from the beautiful, coastal country park but also very close to Hastings Old Town and Rye. A bus stop serving these areas is opposite the house.

We welcome couples from all backgrounds and are LGBTQ+ friendly.
