Welcome to Orchard Farms! This is 76 acres of farm land that was part of a 1400 acre peach and pecan orchard in the mid 1800s til after WWII. There is an active orchard on the farm with peaches, apples, plums, pears, blue berries, raspberries, figs, and pecans We have a barn area with a few rescues and some animals that are part of our production livestock. We have a huge play ground area, fishing pond, BBQ/grill shack. We are able to host large groups, for parties, reunions, and weddings.

The space
This space has a large bedroom and bath up stairs. The bedroom has two queen beds and a twin bed. Down stairs there is a bathroom and full bedroom and a fold out couch (twin) in the living room. This is a remodeled old farm house with electric heat and window units for air. Cell service is spotty and WiFi is next to dial-up. There are no TVs on the property. Guests are encouraged to get outside disconnect and enjoy the farm.

Guest access
You have access to the whole house. We do ask that unless you book the pottery experience that you stay out of the basement. There is also an office on the first floor that we ask you not enter due to storage of farm records and supplies.

Other things to note
This property is in a very rural area and is an escape from the city life. It is a working farm! The home is almost cottage like (was an original peach packing shed and work shop in the early 1900s) and will feel like you take a step into early life. It has nice kitchen area, barn, animals, pond for fishing and is actually a working orchard.
