About this listing
Small and cosy apartment in the center of Copenhagen, filled with nordic design, natural sunlight and lots of love. Walk everywhere. Nature, cafés, restaurants and galleries just around the corner. Located on quiet street in the center of it all ❤
Small and cosy 1 bedroom (2 room) apartment with lots of natural sunlight, love and modern, nordic design :-)
Meant for one or 2 people (1 bed, so preferable a couple? :-)) If you want to bring a baby or toddler, we can look into getting a crib though.
We are also looking into getting a air mattress, if you want to have to beds. But please note, that the apartment is pretty small, so an extra bed, will take up almost all of the room in the bedroom.
Large green courtyard, with playground, barbequepits, petanque, basketball court and much more.
Fully equipped kitchen. (feel free to use our spices, condiments and sauces).
High speed internet , wifi and cable tv.
Clean sheets and towels.
Hairdryer (Powerful!) ;-)
Iron & Ironing board.
Shampoo and conditioner.
Washers and dryers are located in the building, but not in the apartment.
Use of the washers and dryers is free.
We will provide you with clean towels, sheets, comforters and pillows.
In the winter the floors can sometimes be a bit chilly, so you’ll love yourself for bringing a pair of woolly socks or slippers.
You will have full use of the entire apartment - it is your home, while you stay here :-)
Check in is at 3 pm (15.00) and Check out is at 12 pm (12.00). We're very flexible regarding the check-out dates, and will only hold you to it, if there is someone else checking in or out, on the day of your arrival or the day you're leaving. Write us, and we'll figure something out :-)
Interaction with Guests
We are renting out this apartment, because we spend most of our time abroad. We use it ourselves, when we are in Copenhagen, so chances are, if you are renting it, we will not be there :-(
You can always contact us through e-mail or text, but the person you will meet with in person, who will hand you the keys, show you around and answer all of your questions will be our good friend and neighbor (it's that kind of neighborhood) - The ever charming and wonderful Christina. She will be close by, if you should have any problems what so ever :-)
Very central location – on super quiet, little street in the famously cosy Nansensgade-neighbourhood.
Close to everything from nature to nightlife. We simply love this street, and it's wonderful quirky bars, cafés, restaurants, shops, galleries and curiosities.
Within 1 minute walking distance:
Lakes (Peblinge sø)
Grocery shopping (open every day)
Within 5 minute walking distance
2 different train stations. (Vesterport and Nørreport)
2 Metro stations (Nørreport & Forum st.)
Strøget (walking street / shopping street)
Torvehallerne (great indoor market place)
The Latin quarter
Within 10-15 minute walking distance:
And much, much more.
Public transportation is great in this area. Lots of buses right outside, and very close to 2 different train stations (Nørreport & Vesterport) and the Metro station at Nørreport. On the other side of the lake (short walk) is the Forum st. Metro station.
Walking distance of almost anything you could ever dream of wanting. Cheap Bike rental (Baisikeli) just across the street.
Other Things to Note
We'd love to host your stay in Copenhagen. It's an amazing city. Send us a message, and let's set this up.
Must be awesome!
Fully equipped kitchen. Including weird wooden reindeer-thingy (no kitchen is ever really complete without one, right?).
This beautiful apartment is in a perfect location in Copenhagen. The suite is so bright and full of light (in fact - bring a sleep mask to cover up if you have trouble sleeping - there are no curtains in the kitchen and no door to the bedroom!). We really enjoyed the park across the street, and the apartment was close to great restaurants. You could walk almost anywhere in Copenhagen from the apartment.
The design of the apartment is beautiful, and it's more than enough space for two people to share (we stayed for 5 days). The apartment is starting to show some wear and tear, though, and could use a good deep clean. We made use of some cleaning products left behind to give the bathroom a good scrub down. Communication was good with Christina, and special thanks to Peter who gave us some great suggestions on where to go in Copenhagen. Overall, a good experience. I would happily stay here again.
Our host did correspond with us before we arrived.
The location is absolutely great-we could walk everywhere. Well, we did take the train up to Louisiana-very good.
We would recommend this place-enough space for us to spread out for a week nicely.
We were traveling to CPH for a romantic weekend get-away and it was a perfect place for it! We were able to walk everywhere in Copenhagen and could start the day with a nice breakfast without having the hassle to search for a cafe. Great furniture and perfect kitchen!
We will sure try to book the same place if we come back!
Christine was very flexible and welcoming, making it really easy to get to the apartment; she responded immediately and was also helpful and friendly when we needed anything. She gave us some good recommendations for the area; she takes he responsiblities seriously and does a great job, in fact she is a good ambassador for the Air Bnb experience.
The apartment is absolutely stunning. It was like we were living in a dream! The space is cozy, close to public transportation, easy to navigate to, and easy to get in/out of with bags. Great for a long or short stay! We were lucky enough to meet both Lone & Christina and they were fantastic hosts — quick to answer any questions we had and extremely accommodating when we requested a later check out for our evening flight. We'll absolutely be staying here again when we return to Copenhagen!
We had an excellent long weekend in Copenhagen. Quite a few years since we were last here and impressed how the area around has changed and become hip .. Great flat with all you need in a hyggelig setting (you need to spend time in Denmark to understand this word... snug + cosy + right on). Nice welcome from Christina who is just across the road.... even a bottle of wine! Local spar shop across the road open till late 7 days a week, so everything you need and more.
