Apartment / studio 50 sqm very nice, cozy, the 2 nd floor of a historic building in the center of ancient Rome in Trastevere. Second floor with no elevator, independent heating, television, washing machine, dryer, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, oven, hob. Many shops just below the house, both food bars, cafes, pharmacy, open-air market of fruits, vegetables and produce. Central area within easy walking distance to the major sights of the historic center. there is a bright and comfortable double bedroom and leaving an area with dining table and sofa bed (double), a kitchenette, a laundry closet and a spacious bathroom with shower.
We loved staying here. The location couldn't be better. The apartment was very spacious and had a lovely vibe. The bed is particularly comfortable. Federica was extremely helpful and her restaurant recommendations were spot on. We loved the produce market in the nearby square and the walk to the park at the end of the street that Federica recommends was lovely.
Look no further. If this apartment is in your budget and available, you're hunt is over. You will not find a better value, nor a location, nor an ambiance in Rome (Trastavere). Also, Federica is a professional host, lives nearby and will help in whatever way she can. We have stayed in 7 different airbnb homes in Italy so far, and this place on Via Manara, 57 is tops by far.
Most places have something quirky or missing or substandard, but not here. There is some noise outside, but not too much. The apartment is two flights up, but easy steps. The kitchen is small, like everywhere else we've been. Those are only minor points. You are in the heart of Trastavere, and it is not far across the river to Rome central via pleasant, narrow walking streets. There's so much to see and check out in the neighborhood, you might not make it to all the museums! How much charm can you handle? Enjoy your visit to Rome!
We had a phenomenal time in Rome at Federica's apartment. She was an absolutely fantastic host and really made our stay seamless and enjoyable. She met us for check-in and gave us a tour of the apartment, explaining how everything worked and how we could get to the places we wanted to see. We emailed her a couple of times throughout our stay and she responded within minutes, even offering to print some tickets for us that we had ordered online. She had also left some breakfast in the fridge, and a great bottle of wine for us to enjoy.
The location is so great, and in the best neighbourhood in Rome. It was very simple for us to get to all of the places we wanted to see by walking. The apartment is incredible comfortable and spacious.
Thank you Federica for making our stay in Rome so wonderful!
Our stay at Federica's was wonderful. Her apartment is easy to find, secure, clean and bright with great water pressure and a huge comfortable bed. It's also in a great location: from it, we walked all of Rome over several days. Trastevere itself is a beautiful neighbourhood that is not to be missed! Federica was easy to contact, patient and helpful with tips and reservations. I would not hesitate to recommend her apartment to anyone visiting Rome.
we stayed here for 4 days in September and absolutely loved it. Federica was very helpful with directions and suggestions of places to go in Rome. The apartment itself is fantastic - spacious, comfortable and in a great location. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed here with a friend and we just loved it! A sweet, comfortable apartment in the heart of Trastevere, with everything on the doorstep. We didn't meet Federica but she was very easy to communicate with, gave us great tips on places to go, and left little treats in the house too. Will stay here again for sure!
The apartment is even better as in the pictures and Federica was very helpful and friendly. In total a very good experience.
A very comfortable and well appointed apartment in a great location. We especially appreciate the snacks and cold drinks in the fridge when we arrived hot & tired after a 27hr flight. Federica looked after us extremely well and nothing was a problem.
I really recommend the apartment. The pictures don't show how nice and big the apartment is! We used the normal bed and the sofa, which were both great. Off course the apartment is hot in summer time, there is no ac, but Federica told us about that. And there are noises from the street, that's what you get for staying in the best area, but we brought earplugs and had no problem with the noises.
Federica gave us great advice, left us some food and drinks and even waited until late, because we were a little delayed. On our question, she recommended a really nice beach, we went to.
Beforehand I thought the price was a little expensive, but after staying in the apartment and Trastevere I think it is more than worth it!
