The view will blow you away!! This is a cozy cabin with mostly shabby chic/beach décor with a great open feel. There is a dock with jet ski lifts, swim platform, and 2 kayaks and a paddle boat to use. Great fishing. Fold out love seat can give some extra sleeping room ( technically only sleeps 7 total) . It really is a great place to chill and enjoy the lake. Please know that in the Winter many of the waterfront locations and rental companies close.

You get the entire house to yourself. Please understand we Do Not allow more than 8 guests, the house is too small for more (only 3 beds and one twin size fold out loveseat so really only sleeps 7). Great outdoor spaces. Dock to swim off of. A place to park jet skis or a boat. If you plan to bring a boat please get approval from us first and we recommend a phone call to explain details of parking/launching a boat. Great fishing. Kayaks.

In the Winter it is very quiet and secluded area, very different that Summer time.
There are plenty of stairs at this property in case that is an issue for anyone in your family.

We are about 20 minutes outside of town. The home is right on Lake of the Ozarks and from the water we are very close to several popular restaurants and resorts. There are close neighbors during the summer time and we do ask that you observe a quiet time when you are outside after 10 pm
