  • Her apartment was beautifully decorated and she was sensitive enough to take good care of her guests. Stefania was such a nice hostess. She gave us all helpful information. We were inpressed how clean her apartment was. It was very cozy to stay with little kids. Bed was very comfortable and she prepared enough towels, pillows, and blanket for us. (There were 3 adults, 3 children, and 1 baby).
My kids loved the toys in her apartment. she offered a lovely baby crib, too.
We liked the safe parking lot, too. It was a little far from the center, but you can find bus stop close to the apartment, and there was a free parking lot next to the metro station, so you can bring your car to the metro station.
Thank you so much, Stefania ~~
We really enjoyed staying there !!! ^^

  • Stefania was a great host! The apartment alone was beautiful and well equipped. It's great for longer stays because it has a full equipped kitchen and also a washing machine which is available for use. We were to check in at a nearby hotel for the following week for Business meeting, she even allowed us to place our bags till we check into the hotel.
Also in relationship to the city, the apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the bus which connects to the metro that takes you to the city center. It took us about 35 minutes to get from the apartment to the city center.
Over all it was a lovely experience!

  • This place was fantastic.
Stafania was very welcoming and she met us in the parking lot downstairs from her apt.
The apt itself is spacious and clean.
Out only discomfort was the smell. The bathroom smells like mildew and the house generally does not smell that nice. I would suggest that if you have a very sensitive nose like we do, you should ask Stefania if there are still smells in the apt.

The wifi works great and there are some local shops nearby if you need them.

  • The stay at Stefanie's apartment at Rome was very good , we were traveling by car and the apartment was exactly what we needed and had a closed parking place next to the house which is very important when in Rome.
The apartment was very big and comfortable and had two big bedrooms a large living room and a nice kitchen for cocking- very suitable for family stay.
The location is nice and quiet and 15 minutes bus ride from the coliseum.
Stefania was very nice, as we arrived she was waiting for us outside and helped us to get comfortable and passionately explained us about Rome and ways to travel in the city.
    Very recommended stay in Rome

  • We stayed in Rome at Casa Quinina only one night. The home met our family's needs. Stefania (our host) provided directions to the home and met us promptly to deliver the keys. The apartment has available parking. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of six. Upon our departure we left behind our little boy's stuffed animal. We contacted Stefania on our return home and explained our situation. She immediately located the stuffed animal and mailed it back home for us. We are grateful for Stefania's help. We had a nice stay at the apartment without any problems.

  • Casa Quirina is very convenient for those arriving to Rome by car: private parking lot, easy to reach from the GRA (the great roundabout around the city). But then you can forget about your car (and the difficulties of parking in the city centre) and use public transport, as a bus stop is very close (150 m) to the apartment, with buses going to either the main subway line (linea A), or directly to the ancient zone of Rome (Circo Massimo). So it is very easy to reach the city centre.
The house is spacious and comfortable: it accomodates easily 6 persons in three large bedrooms. Everything was as reported on the airbnb site, so no surprise.
Stefania has been very effective and efficient: she was waiting for us on our arrival and gave us all the information and suggestions. She even prepared a little cake for us :-) We appreciated her hospitality a lot.
Last, but not least, if you plan to attend some concert at "Rock in Roma" (Capannelle), then the apartment is ideal, as it is about 2.5 km far from it, still a walking distance (we did).
