It offers a place to reset and reenergise on the coast, combined with the convenience of popping around the corner for a cafe breakfast, daily coffee, endless dining options, boutique shopping or even a quick morning surf! Known as one of the most distinctive developments in the area, this meticulously-kept home proudly offers guests a taste of luxury coastal living, perfect for couples, business travellers or families.

A great sense of space and calm is captured throughout, with the staircase and upper floor defined by hardwood floors, oak timber accents and a neutral colour palette. A house for all seasons, lowline lounges and occasional chairs invite you to curl up and relax with a good book, or watch TV.

Naturally lit upstairs, the open plan kitchen has everything you need to chef up delicious meals, a fact often mentioned by our guests. Quality stainless steel appliances are featured, from the gas cooktop to electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and stylish cabinetry. Plenty of storage is available, plus fully-equipped crockery, cutlery and cookware, tea, coffee and some pantry essentials.

Enjoy meals together at the beautiful 6-seater dining table with wishbone chairs, in a setting that’s bathed in light thanks to north-facing windows and a balcony to kick back, unwind and cook a BBQ. Or take a seat at the stunning waterfall island stone bench for brekky or antipasto platters with wine.

Bedrooms are all downstairs, plus a laundry with washer and dryer, family bathroom with large shower, bath and vanity and a separate powder room (please note there is an additional powder room upstairs).

This townhouse is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax.
All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and relaxing. Walk to many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques from this central location.
- Located approximately 500 metres to the gorgeous Cosy Corner Beach
- 2-5 minute stroll to cafes, supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutique stores
- 5 -10 minute stroll to the surf shops
- 10 minute drive to the famous Bells Beach

Treat yourself to a bought coffee in the lovely organic café in the same square as Coles, just a couple of minutes walk away.

If you would like to go out for brunch, lunch, dinner, tapas or a few drinks, there are great cafes and wine bars in abundance all within a few minutes walk. Many places have ‘Happy Hour’. Gilbert Street and its surrounds is a great little area to explore as well as Bell St.

There are numerous little boutiques, and anything you could want in clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more.

If you go to the western end of Boston Rd you will find Surf City Plaza, home to iconic surfing brands such as Quiksilver and Rip Curl (both of which originated in Torquay). There are also many other iconic brands in the Plaza or across the road. Head around the corner to Baines Crescent and find a variety of factory outlets.
You will find everything you need for a fabulous holiday all within a short walk.

Torquay has a beautiful coastline for walking, swimming and surfing. Enjoy the glorious walks along the Esplanade and beach front, especially the walk to Jan Juc.

As well as Torquay’s famous surf beaches there are family-friendly beaches. During the summer season lifeguards patrol at various locations including Torquay Back Beach, Cosy Corner and Jan Juc Beach. Fisherman’s Beach is not patrolled but is a relatively safe beach with a wide shallow bar.
