Spacious, modern jr. 1-bedroom/studio apartment in a Lincoln Park highrise right in the middle of the action! Perfect for one person or a couple visiting Chicago.
The apartment has a comfortable queen size bed, large sectional couch with pull out bed, clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee machine and SodaStream, small dining table, and flat screen TV with digital cable! High speed internet included too, and I have a cable to plug your laptop into the TV. Building has friendly neighbors, doorman, elevators, outdoor pool, and coin-operated laundry room.
Walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, Lincoln Park Zoo, Lake Michigan & beaches, and short bus ride away from Michigan Avenue, Millennium Park, and Wrigley Field (you could walk to all of the above too).
Parking garages with daily rates nearby (also limited free street parking). 10 minute walk to El (train). Four major bus routes right outside door.
Building also houses chic new restaurant and bar (Standard Market Grill), a Chinese restaurant, breakfast diner, nail salon, and gym (pay for daily access).
This *is* a pet building, and while I do not own any pets, I often foster dogs and cats through PAWS Chicago. Inquire if you have any pet allergies. Non-smoking.
Kitchen: all appliances, Keurig & coffee, SodaStream, all dishes, pots, etc.
Living: Wifi, flat screen TV (with cable for computer hook up), DVD player, toiletries, parking passes

Usually not at all! I will typically leave the keys with my doorman for pickup. However, I'm happy to provide guidance and recommendations!
What DON'T I love about Lincoln Park!? I've been in the neighborhood for 9 years and it's amazing. Close to everything - bars, restaurants, coffee shops, the lake, gyms, Lincoln Park - everything! Everyone's friendly and loving life in Chicago.
Bus right outside, el train 10-15 minute walk away.
