1. Keys: Please send us a valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license at the time of confirming a booking.

In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:

The apartment held good standard and we enjoyed it, BUT you are not dealing with Arvi Kaur, this is a company called "House of Modern Living" and they are not very well organized.
I had to confirm the booking 3 times, first time I had to correct the booking they had noted 4 persons, although I booked for 5. It was confirmed.
I had my son who lives in Londorn to pick up they key, since we were arriving late. They wanted to charge extra for late pick up, altough there was a guy in the reception all the time, he finally gave us the key anyway.
The asked my son for a deposit of 200£, althoug it was clearly written that all cost would be managed through "airbnb", it was corrected.
When my son arrived they had given us a one bed room apartment with two single beds and no extra sheets or beds, although we had been confirmed 5 persons in a 2 bedroom apartment. My son could not reach any in the company, but the concierge where able to get us another one bed room apartment.
The morning after they did not arrive at 8am as promised, I called the office and they promsied after half an hour to arrange a 2 bed room apartment in the same building during the day and we agreed I would be back at 4pm, this was even confirmed in an email.
At 4pm there was nobody there, so I called the office and they had a problem, they had another apartment, but in another building and no TV and internet. I gave up and asked to stay in the 2 small apartment instead, accepting we could not stay with our friends as planned.
Next 3 nights went fine, at check out morning the instructions(there are much instructions) were that you you should call the office latest half an hour before check-out, nobody answered, but somebody called later and told me to leave the key in the reception. 5 min before check out someone else knocks on the door to inspect and pick up the key...
To sumarize it was quite messy, but people were friendly all the time.
Had a nice stay in Canary Wharf at Arvi's place. They were very communicative beforehand and sent through all the info we needed. The place wasn't exactly as seen in the photos but great nonetheless. I was traveling with a coworker so having a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom place was ideal. I'd recommend this location for business travelers over regular tourists. Not really super close to the sights (though the tube and DLR are close by) and not much going on at night, but that was exactly what we were looking for! We had a slight scheduling error and checked out late and Arvi and team were very accommodating. Great stay in London this time.
My experience at this apartment was very good. Location is great, in particular if you want to attend an event at the O2 arena (only one tube stop away), and the Tesco and Pret a manger and Subway right in front of it are a good resource if you don't want to walk (5 minutes) to the Canary Wharf mall where will you find everything you want.
The concierge service is useful if you have more people with you and you need to leave the keys. There was a problem with internet (it is a 3G wireless modem) and Arvi changed for me right away.
Apartment is well refined and clean, kitchen complete. Defenetly recommended
