My home runs more like a very nice European Hostel or a boarding house.
The rooms on offer are clean, well appointed, functional and "cozy". This peaceful and comfy room is next to a newly renovated "tiny" bath with shower all tucked in its own private hallway. Includes desk for work and reading chair. Brand new Queen sized bed that is awesome!. People who are looking for good value and a quiet nights sleep love this place. 30 limit on longer term stays.
This is a sweet room tucked in its own hallway with a bath and shower just steps away. Guests experience deep quiet sleep due to the earth tones and its location near the back of the house which is wooded. Comfy Cozy is one of three very affordable rooms that I offer. They are all cozy in size and atmosphere. Sometimes, the guests remark on the quality of sharing space and experiences while enjoying a sense of quiet and privacy at the same time.
Access to cooking & keeping any food in the fridge, cupboard storage available
Access to outdoor decks, living room, dining room and laundry!
Interaction with guests
I enjoy being in the hospitality business and am often available to answer questions or provide assistance.

The Speed Museum is now open after a 5 year renovation. Historic Victorian Architecture of Old Louisville and St. James Court are a real treasure. Lots of fun music venues and festivals.
I expect myself to be a kind, courteous hostess in service to my guests and I sincerely hope that my guests will be courteous and respectful of myself , other guests, and my home. and I really really enjoy being an Inn Keeper for Airbnb! As a host, I try to offer a place of quirky beauty, comfort, nourishment, and nature. I am grateful for the stories brought to my doorstep and stirred around in my kitchen by the guests who visit here.
