Beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a relaxing view over Praia da Rocha. This is a perfect space for a sunny beach holiday or as a home base to explore the beauty the Algarve has to offer. Ideally located adjacent to the front line, the apartment is just steps away from a variety of restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a 2-minute walk will take you to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Praia da Rocha.

The space
The bedroom has a King size bed, a spacious wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors and a quaint balcony facing southeast.

The living room is a relaxing area filled with light and a sofa bed. Here you have access to a bigger balcony where you can eat breakfast and take in the beautiful beach view.

The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials needed if you don’t feel like eating out or you want to prepare and store food for a day at the beach.

Guests also have access to a private parking space in the buildings garage.

Guests have access to a calm area located on the 3rd floor, with a kiddie pool and a big pool where you can sit back and relax on the lounge chairs. Surrounding the apartment you will find cafes, restaurants, bars, casino and other convenience shops that will make your vacation stress free.

Portimão Tourist Tax Information:

The fee amount is €1 (from November 1 to March 31 - low season) and €2 (from April 1 to October 31 - high season), per person/per night in all tourist enterprises and local accommodation establishments, up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person, per stay.
