The space
The apartment is a typical small flat (32 m²), commonly found in this neighborhood, "La Barceloneta." It has been completely renovated and is located on the ground floor (no stairs). The apartment has its own entrance and is situated on a quiet street that leads directly to the sea.

The apartment is ideal for a couple who can use the double bed (140 x 200 cm) in the sleeping area. If two people want to sleep separately, there is also a sofa bed (80 x 200 cm) in the living area. It is made of solid wood and has a 13 cm high futon mattress. The bed can be quickly converted into 3 positions – 2-seater sofa, chaise longue, or bed.

I would like to point out that the apartment is located in a residential building. The neighbors above the apartment have two children, so there may be some noise from time to time. Otherwise, it is a very quiet building, and a good night's sleep is guaranteed.

A large sliding door allows the sleeping area to be separated from the living area.

The bathroom has continuous hot water.
Toilet paper, soap, fresh bed linen, towels, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, 2 sun umbrellas, 2 small beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and books are provided.

This magnific groundfloor apartment is located in the Barceloneta district, an old Fisherman’s Village and one of the most typical and famous places of Barcelona.

There are some of the best seafood restaurants of Barcelona and a plenty of open-air and tapas bars around, any kind of shops, very good bakeries, fresh food market, supermarkets, etc.
You have endless opportunities to bask in the sun, to take a bath in the clean mediterranean water or try out some water sports. Even in winter it is wonderful here. A beautiful promenade beside the sea, is ideal for walking, cycling, jogging, etc.

There is also a metro station nearby (L4) and several bus lines just arround the corner to take you further afield. This apartment really allows you to have the best of both worlds, combining Mediterranean and City living.

I'm from Hamburg, but I live a very long time in Barcelona. I love this city over all. A few years ago I moved into the district " La Barceloneta ", where the apartment is that I rent. Now I feel really happy! I love art, music (especially jazz) and have in this aspect a great cultural offer.
