Very nice place, confortable.
Une chambre simple et propre. Une localisation un peu excentrée par rapport au centre de Rome, mais desservi correctement par le bus. Il faut tout de même compter environ 20mn pour rejoindre le centre. Un rapport qualité prix convenable.
The flat is tiny but does its job honestly. The area itself is not one of the best in town, but it's a quick ride from Trastevere and a bit more from the city centre, so you don't need to worry about that. Nothing really fascinating, but if you only need it as a base for visiting the town, then it's fine. Owners are helpful and easy going, good communication and nothing to complain about.
It is a nice studio, though we had not exactly the same studio that is shown on the pictures. The location is fine, but not the best if you plan to visit most famous places as they are all on the other side of the river. If you plan to spend a lot of time in old district Trastavere - then its location is great. The bonuses of the place are great little balcony (we had wonderful dinner there once), finest bar/pasticceria right on the corner and the feel that you escaped from touristic places. So I suggest this place if you stay longer time then couple days, as it takes some time to understand you way around. But Rome is simply wonderful, no regards where you stay)
My girlfriend and I stayed at Claudia's place in Rome, and it was very nice. Close to bus routes, a nice grocery store nearby, and a lovely little pizza place at the door to the building. The apartment was clean, and although small, had everything we needed. If i ever go back to Rome (and i really hope to) i would definitely stay there again
It was a great little studio! Had everything it needed. Felt like a hotel room because of it's size, and included a mini kitchenette. It was clean, quiet, had air conditioning, and was well stocked of practically anything you would need. The location was convenient because of its viccinity to a major street (Marconi) which made getting the bus to Rome really easy at any time of day or night. It was a little far from the center of Rome but not impossible or inconvenient at all. Its price, accessability to the center of Rome and its clenliness makes the apartment perfect. Would stay there again. Thank you Claudia :)
The apartment was conveniently located and clean. Though small, it is very functional and we had many great (website hidden) is a plus! Claudia was also very friendly and responsive.
Great for a couple. Air Conditioned! In area where locals eat. Many bistros and restaurants in area. Learn the buses that travel to the tram. From there you go right to the heart, about 2 blocks from the Pantheon. Total time is about 15 m by transit. Worth it.
Can be tricky ensuring you find but all the locals will help. No breakfast included.
The room was very nice. We had access to our own bathroom and had a kitchenette. It was clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the shower drain but I did report it to Claudia and said she would have it looked at and fixed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and would stay again.
