I have lived in this area for years, and can tell you about all the good places to go. I speak english and will always try to be there personally to welcome you.
Hope to see you soon !
In this backyard the neighbors like it quiet, so I would like you to respect that ( especially from (phone number hidden)). That means no partying in the apartment.
For the respect of the environment, please don't heat with open windows. and leave the heaters on minimum when you're away.
Please smoke outside for respect of the next guest. please use the ashtray on the window. We like to leave the yard clean.
Please don't leave water around the sink in the kitchen, because then the wood will rotten.
And most important; enjoy your stay !
Fantastic stay at this place. Stayed 3 nights, Silje welcomed us with a smile and a nice tour of the apartment, took the time to point out the best bakeries and restaurants in the area, as well as all points of interest such as transportation and sightseeing. The apartment is incredibly quiet because of the inner courtyard so we slept very well. There was oil, spices and all the little extras to make the kitchen ready to use. Truly felt like home away from home. Would come back here anytime.
The most amazing experience in the coziest home! Silje helped us book taxis and pointed us in all the right directions around town.
Silje made our Paris experience pleasant, smooth, and personal. She booked us a cab and even offered to make an appointment for a haircut. The neighborhood gave us a taste of authentic Paris life, away from the streets crowded with tourists, but without sacrificing convenience. There was a supermarket nearby as well as a subway line that takes you into the city. If we would ever do another trip to Paris, we would stay here again!
The space was wonderful! I stayed there for a week and felt very at ease. The house was clean and everything that I might need for cooking was provided. I loved that there were fresh flowers! Silje was very sweet, easy to get in contact with, and quite accommodating.
We loved how close the apartment was to the metro, shops and restaurants. Silje was so helpful, she left us some food to get us started and pointed us in the right direction.
The apartment was grand for the three of us, four would probably be a squeeze. It was clean and tidy and suited us perfectly.

About the Host, Silje
After a childhood in the fjords of Norway, I decided to get some real city life. I chose to live in Paris for a year, which turned out to be for life. I have now been in Paris for 15 years, and I still love it.
In paris everything is possible. There is always something to do, and new people to meet. A few metro statins away you find a new ambiance and a different population. You feel like traveling every day.
After one year of getting the temperature, I decided to live in the north east part of Paris. This is the real Paris for me. A melting pot with all kinds of populations, lots of artists and openminded people. Here you will find places which are like small villages and you're not anonymous, like often in big cites. I love this area, because it is one of the greenest in Paris, It's quiet, and you have a lot of nice restaurants, and good quality shops. I go to the big open grocery market every week, and I speak with my neighbors when I meet them. Even if you stay at home doing nothing, you know that it is all there waiting for you a few stations away.
Now I decided to give you the opportunity to live the real Paris experience.
