Sink into the generous clawfoot tub (shower too), light the candles and sip a glass of wine. Cook a romantic alfresco meal in the kitchen/dining room. The oversized log bed (queen) begs to be stretched out in with a good book. This (email hidden) for ultimate relaxation. We are a 100% Smoke-free property as well. All the fun and ease of living in beautiful downtown Ojai, sans responsibilities!

Our guests are blessed to be in the middle of downtown Ojai - Here are a few highlights: Check out "A Taste Of Ojai" on Vimeo
We see our guests from time to time if we are home, so our interaction is basically on the guests' terms :)
We are in the middle of EVERYTHING! We are literally the middle of all the downtown maps (sometimes I have to open them extra-wide to find our street) and we have very friendly neighbors. If you bring your friendly, well-behaved, cat-friendly dog, you will find that you can take him/her just about anywhere with you.
The Ojai Trolley ($1) has two stops within a block from the house and the Gold Coast Vista bus ($1.75 for adults) stops two blocks away, in case you would like to go to/from Ventura or the train station there.
Enjoy yourselves! Relax, park the car and leave it there for your whole stay! Let us know if you have any questions!

What a wonderful place to stay! The little cabin was very cozy and extraordinarily clean. We loved being able to cook and eat outside. Thank you Maya and Robert for such a beautiful little retreat!
Charming and lovely space. Hosts were accommodating and very helpful. Especially loved making coffee In the outdoor kitchen in the chill December mornings with the sun rising and the birds singing.
Had a great time in Ojai for a quick weekend trip. The location is perfect with a short walk to town and the room is very comfortable. Everything was very clean and put together nicely. Would definitely recommend this place!
Great location for walking, biking, eating, drinking, shopping, hiking, and people watching. Maya gave good advice on what to do in the area.
THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY! DO NOT PASS GO, DO NOT COLLECT $200! :). Amazing!! Everything!
Lovely, quiet, quirky and interesting space. Private and lovely to come home to during a hectic and busy wedding weekend. Bed was comfortable at the end of a long day. Sitting in the sun to drink my morning tea was delightful.
Thanks Maya and Rob for making such a beautiful place to stay. Staying in your cabin is not only cozy and a work of art, but it's an experience! There is something magical about having an outdoor kitchen and dining area, it causes you to start your day with the sunshine and fresh air of Ojai. The bed and linens are of good quality, as is the cookware and kitchen items. There is something very comforting about sleeping in a bed made of logs and a place made of lovely wood. Maya and Rob also go out of their way to add sweet little touches to make you feel welcome and at home, I will be staying with them again, I'm not surprised they have quite a few repeat guests!
I was soooo lucky to meet Maya & Robert!!! Wonderful persons, and stay in their home has been for me an amazing experience! The bed made with Colorado Trees, was sooo comfortable and the kitchen...everything works very well, so I could cook my fantastic pizza!!
They was so available to help me & my daughter in everything we needed! thankyou, I hope to see you again!
Maya and Robert were such wonderful hosts. The space was absolutely incredible, and they were both so helpful and great to chat with. We would definitely love to come back and stay with them again, it was a great experience.
My girlfriend and I traveled up to Ojai for her birthday weekend, and stayed in Maya and Robert's incredibly charming bungalow a block from the heart of downtown. The space was clean but rustic, with an outdoor kitchen and eating area. For summer, I can't think of a more ideal situation. I can't recommend staying here more highly. Undoubtedly one of the most relaxing weekends I've had in recent memory.
