Gorgeous luxury smart cabin complete with gourmet kitchen, extremely large outdoor deck, paved driveway and hot tub.

Gas fireplace, mini bar, surround sound, beautiful furnishings, and peeks of the lake make this cabin a true Tahoe gem! Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft.

Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs.

There are a few things to note when visiting Tahoe. We love the natural beauty and variations in weather patterns throughout the year. This can mean sun, rain, snow, and more recently, smoke from wildfires. Please make appropriate plans for the season you will be visiting as we do not offer weather-related refunds. Also, due to weather or unforeseen occurrences, the power/WIFI can go out, and road closures. This is outside of our control.

Next, we want our guests to be safe and have an easy check-in experience. Please note that check-in instructions will be shared that has all needed information to access the house. We DO NOT OFFER EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS.

Lastly, bears are a part of daily life in Tahoe. Please do your part when visiting and do not leave food in your cars. We will not be held responsible for bear damage. Also please lock the cabin doors whenever not at home, or sleeping.
