This nice condo is only 10 minutes from the Cancun International Airport and located at the south end of the 15 mile long Cancun hotel zone. (Please check map on listing for exact location)
The condo is in a condominium complex that has two swimming pools, (one shallow one for kiddies) a tennis court, palapas, beach chairs and a lobby store for some small necessities.
There is free parking on the premises.
The condo is located on km 18.7 of the Hotel Zone and has one of the best beaches on the strip.
There are 2 convenience stores about 8 minutes on foot from the condominium and a supermarket about 15 minutes away by the bus.
There a are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and It takes about 20-25 minutes on the bus that runs 24/7 right in front of the complex to get to the heart of the hotel zone (also called “the strip”). The distance is about 6 miles.
Only Villas have their own laundry, but there is also a laundry in the complex for guest to use right next to the condo administration office (cost involved).
When you rent this unit you are renting directly from a group of owners. No intermediaries here.

THEY ARE BOTH ON THE GROUND LEVEL.
YOU HAVE A FRONT UNIT THAT FACES THE OCEAN WITH TERRACE ON THE GARDEN WITH A LITTLE OCEAN VIEW WHICH SLEEPS UP TO 4 PEOPLE AND HAS ONE KING SIZE BED AND ONE DOUBLE BED, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE WITH 2 GRILL ELECTRIC STOVE (VITROCERAMIC), MICROWAVE, BLENDER, TOASTER, FRIDGE AND ALL NECESSARY UTENSILS FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE. IT ALSO HAS AIR CONDITIONER, SATELLITE TV, SAFE AND A FULL BATHROOM.
THE UNIT HAS ALSO A TERRACE WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS. THE UNIT IS EQUIPPED WITH HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET.
YOU ALSO HAVE A BACK UNIT THAT IS LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO IT WITH A TOTALLY SEPARATE ENTRANCE FOR PRIVACY ON THE LAGOON SIDE AND THAT HAS 2 DOUBLE BEDS, AIR CONDITIONER, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE WITH 2 GRILL ELECTRIC STOVE (VITROCERAMIC), FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER, SATELLITE TV, SAFE AND ANOTHER FULL BATHROOM.
THESE UNITS CAN BE BOOKED SEPARATELY OR AS A WHOLE.
We have 3 rates schedule:
Low Season (Runs from one week Easter to June 15 and September 1st to Dec 15th):
High Season (Dec 15th to Easter Sunday and June 15 to August 31st):
Peak Season (Xmas and New Year’s week and Easter Week) :
Prices include all taxes and cleaning twice per week (on 3 day rentals, there are no cleanings. The unit is delivered clean and the exit cleaning is included in the rate).
ON 2 DAY RENTALS, PLEASE ADD 40.00 USD EXIT CLEANING CHARGE.
There is also free wireless Internet by the pool.
Guests have access to all the installations of the complex. 2 swimming pools. One Shallow for kids, one deep for adults. There is also a restaurant on site and a pool bar. Please note that the restaurant and the pool bar are run by the hotel and not the condominium. THE CONDOMINIUM IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY FROM YOUR CONDO.
Interaction with Guests
When you book this condo, you will have someone on site to take of any problem that you may have (Open Mon - Sat (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). We have an office on site in condo 2507 (extension 2507 from your condo's phone) that is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
If you need to call me, you can reach me by dialing 9 from the phone of the condo. After you get the dial tone dial (phone number hidden).
One of the great things about this location is that the beach is gorgeous. Very wide and clear blue water.
It is very easy to get around, as there is a bus stop right in front of the complex. It takes about 20 - 25 minutes to get to the heart of the Hotel Zone on the bus.
Smoking is not allowed inside the condos. If you want to smoke, most condos have a balcony or a terrace, so we ask you to smoke outside. We also ask you to be mindful of the property bylaws as the unit is in condominium.
People live all year around in the complex, so you should be considerate.
IMPORTANT: THE RECEPTION OF THE HOTEL IS A SEPARATE OPERATION. ANY ISSUES PLEASE ADDRESS THEM IN OUR OFFICE IN CONDO 2507 (EX(phone number hidden)). IF YOU ARE CHECKING OUT ON A SUNDAY OR EARLY IN THE MORNING (OFFICE OPENS AT 9:15 AM), PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR DEPOSITS FOR SAFES AND KEYS THE DAY BEFORE.
ALSO PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE KEYS IN THE HOTEL RECEPTION OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER !!. YOU CAN LEAVE THEM INSIDE THE CONDO AND LOCK IT. THE MAIDS HAVE KEYS TO GET IN.
IF BY ANY CHANCE YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK FROM THE OFFICE DO NOT WORRY, I WILL SEND IT VIA PAYPAL OR BY ANY OTHER SUITABLE WAY.
WARNING!! WE ARE ON SITE DURING THE DAY (MONDAY TO SATURDAY 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) , BUT NOT AT NIGHT.
