A tip for the maids is always appropriate for good service.
Easter and Xmas vacation 1 week minimum.

Please tip the maids when you are leaving, they are hardworking girls and would really appreciate a tip. 150 to 200 Pesos per week, depending on how happy you were with the cleaning, would be appropriate. There is no washer for the guests, please bring your stuff to one of the laundries close by, they are really inexpensive. Please do not hang your clothes in the garden.
Please only smoke outside of the house.
Please no glasses or glass bottles at the pool and have a shower before jumping into the pool. Please be conscious about neighbors.
Pets are not allowed.

3 nights minimum stay.
From Dec 18, 2016 - Jan 08, 2017 the minimum stay is 7 nights.

Growing up in Germany I learned where I definitely not wanted to be for the rest of my life. My first time to come to Puerto Escondido was 1988, I moved here in 2001, and what can I say... I still love it.
